I thought this was a rare occasion, so I recently went back two weekends ago because they had a 40% sale. Again, I browsed the whole store pretty much, and not once did any of the sales assoc. say hi to me. I was a bit amazed, because I know I will never go back to that store now, and don't they want customers? I don't know why they are snobby and rude here, it can't be racist because I'm white. Who cares why, I just wanted to put it out there that I was not treated well at the Loft in Reading, and would not recommend going. Ultimately, we left and ended up spending $500 at White House/black market where they seemed to care and offered suggestions that would help us find similar styles to what we found at another store. Several items were marked down 70 or 80 percent along with a wide range of size and color choices. I mean we're talking actual wearable clothing for $3 or $4 dollars a piece and really good name brand sneakers that were $70 for $35. I was ready to gouge my eyes out with salad tongs at the thought of coming here but the lovely wife found what she wanted which makes her happy and she found it in what I thought was record time which makes me really freakin' happy so I felt that we were winning more than Charlie Sheen. The only negative thing about every Journeys I've been to is that the space is just too small. If there are more than a few people in the store it feels like you are shopping in a sardine can. I don't find shopping in that kind of environment pleasant which I why am usually only in the store for a few minutes before I leave empty handed to avoid the onset of claustrophobia.
