I noticed a lot of the women's shoes that are on the shelves as of July 2026 are made of man made leather and not many leather options. I know it depends on the time of year but I found this to be quite disappointing especially when a lot of the shoes are $49 and up. With any Nordstrom Rack the inventory can change weekly. I want to put that disclaimer out there. During my recent visit, I did see some dresses in the rack that had some rips. Really visible ones and it was shocking. They were on a sale rack but they were visibly and terribly damaged. When we were in the store, no one greeted us or asked us if we needed assistance. I felt a little bothered by this as it did not seem on brand. We were in the store for about an hour and 15 minutes most recently. It may have been that it was about an hour before closing. When the location was closing, the person was very kind on the intercom and it was so nice. I remember being in Saks 5th Avenue a couple of years ago and they were yelling at customers to get out. The kind goodbye without feeling rushed felt like nice hospitality that would make one want to return to shop. Please note this location is on the second floor and an escalator or elevator is offered to arrive on the second level.

The store has strong inventory of brand-name shoes and designer handbags. Unlike some discount stores, the clearance racks still feature recognizable high-end brands. It operates like a treasure hunt, meaning if you see something you like in your size, you should grab it immediately. The store is relatively well-organized. The fitting rooms offer great lighting and the parking is usually ample, except on peak holiday or weekend afternoons. I commend floor staff for being kind and helpful. However, I have noted that limited open registers can result in slow or backed-up lines during the weekends.

I will never buy anything from that area again unless the store fixes this. If people are too lazy to use a rolling rack, they don't belong there. I do hope management reads this.

Every time I am at this location she will offer a compliment or start a conversation about one of the objects I am buying. I picked up a DevaCurl product that was on the clearance rack in the beauty section, although it didn't have a price tag. I figured the cashier could price it for me appropriately. When Leann called over her "manager" I assume, she asked me where I got it, and if there was another on the shelf. There wasn't as it was in the clearance section. She took it from Leann and said "she won't be getting this," with a nasty tone. I guess 5-8$ for a clearance product is just too much to risk in this economy... What I'm trying to say is - Leann should be promoted for her constant positivity and professionalism with customers.

It is one of those rare, sprawling ecosystem-level malls where you can easily lose an entire day to the pavement and never once feel the itch of boredom. The structural face-lifts have been a massive win, transforming the space into a genuinely premium destination. They have a powerhouse gauntlet of anchor stores--Macy's, Bloomingdale's, Nordstrom, and Neiman Marcus--flanked by a relentless selection of clothing boutiques and a Lego store that remains a pure, nostalgic trip. The food court is the gold standard in variety, standing as one of the best executions of the concept you'll find anywhere. But the real evolution hits in the summer, when the al fresco dining areas open up, offering an outdoor oasis amid the retail hustle. It gets crowded--of course it does--but with plenty of parking to absorb the madness, it remains an absolute favorite. Selection & Shopping (5/5): An elite tier of retail which runs seamlessly from accessible mid-range staples to high-end luxury. The movie theater upgrade is spectacular, a complete night-and-day transformation from what it used to be. Food & Dining for a mall (4.5/5): A massive cut above standard mall fare. The sheer volume of food options is impressive, and the outdoor al fresco spaces give it a vibrant, lively energy during the warmer months. Layout & Convenience (4.25/5): The modern renovations have aged beautifully, keeping the massive footprint easy on the eyes. Despite the heavy crowds, the abundance of parking means you aren't fighting a losing battle before you even get through the doors.
