They kept telling me they would and by Friday, they said it was too long so they couldn't refund me... this was their fault, btw. I ended up paying out of pocket and had to use my insurance for glasses that I didn't need because I bought a pair of glasses the year prior. But I only go to the eye doctor once a year anyway. I went here in March 18 of LAST YEAR (2022) and I just got a bill from them this month (August 2023). Over a year later for $90 to fit me for contacts. By the way, the woman I saw here recommended monthly disposables which were a nightmare and so uncomfortable and I ended up ordering my regular ones online anyway. So, I also ended up wasting my money on the monthly disposables that I purchase here as well. This place is a complete waste of money and time which is why I never returned when I needed a new prescription this year. Don't say I didn't warn you and good luck.

I received the glasses on July 17. Within a week one of the lenses fell out. I went back to Vision Hub and they made an adjustment. A week later lens fell out again. Finally on 3rd time they ordered new glasses on August 12. On September 3 I went to Vision Hub to ask about my glasses-have STILL not come in!! An employee told me a manager was not available but he would be sure to tell them I was pissed, and someone would call me back. September 4-I went back to Vision Hub, told same employee-OR ANYONE- has called me back. He told me the regional manager was coming in tomorrow(September 5) and would be bringing in my new frames- not what I was told was ordered on August 12! It is now September 5. No one has called me back-ever; I STILL do not have my glasses-I don't know for sure the new pair, a warranty replacement, was ever in fact ordered.
