I went here in March 18 of LAST YEAR (2022) and I just got a bill from them this month (August 2023). Over a year later for $90 to fit me for contacts. By the way, the woman I saw here recommended monthly disposables which were a nightmare and so uncomfortable and I ended up ordering my regular ones online anyway. So, I also ended up wasting my money on the monthly disposables that I purchase here as well. This place is a complete waste of money and time which is why I never returned when I needed a new prescription this year. Don't say I didn't warn you and good luck.

An employee told me a manager was not available but he would be sure to tell them I was pissed, and someone would call me back. September 4-I went back to Vision Hub, told same employee-OR ANYONE- has called me back. He told me the regional manager was coming in tomorrow(September 5) and would be bringing in my new frames- not what I was told was ordered on August 12! It is now September 5. No one has called me back-ever; I STILL do not have my glasses-I don't know for sure the new pair, a warranty replacement, was ever in fact ordered. The amount of time spent doing an exam with one was so short I timed the next one. His exam with child #2 was FOUR MINUTES AND FIFTY FOUR SECONDS. The exam with child #1 was even less. No questions. No comment on prescription change. Nothing. I asked a question about something and his answer was basically "duh! She has an astigmatism!". Well, how would I know that if you never said?!? I don't feel his prescriptions are incorrect, But he does the absolute minimum and is not very nice. He was nicer to my daughter than my son. His office staff is pleasant and the LensCrafters staff is very nice as well. Definitely the least thorough optometrist I have seen in forty years of eye doctors.

He was friendly and understanding. Took the time with me to ensure that I understood everything. I also got to see him interact with his employees and it was refreshing to see. Seemed like he treated them with the same kind and patience as his patients. Just a warning that they are scheduling out MANY months in advanced. Overall, I left the appointment feeling great.
