Dr Rutting told wife she had crystalized cataracts(!) and needed surgery, No other exams elsewhere where her Dr had said that the need for cataracts was at all urgent; so she when went to another major eye clinic: Doctor there said that yes, the cataracts were not a problem yet and may never require surgery. 2. Tech put excessive eye drops in one of her eyes such that it was still blurry the next day - when she called, clinic told her Dr Ruttig would not be available to look at it until the following week, so call back then. No offer of neutralizing drops.

This last exam I pointed out a…read moredry eye condition, most would have dismissed as allergies or age but he proceeded to examine my eyes again and noticed another problem not immediately noticeable, my bottom lids are slightly separating (fractions of millimeters) due to extra sagging skin and do not therefore spread moisture correctly. He gave me a good plan to follow. You're never rushed and he thoroughly goes over last visit first and your general health. The frontline staff are also amazing and eager to help with insurance, referrals, appointments or pricing glasses. Great team, highly recommend and if you're on Medicare/Tricare4Life it's all covered.

By the way, the woman I saw here recommended monthly disposables which were a nightmare and so uncomfortable and I ended up ordering my regular ones online anyway. So, I also ended up wasting my money on the monthly disposables that I purchase here as well. When I asked what happened because you told me you were ordering them 2 weeks ago during my visit and I paid your company. Then she explained her system had a glitch and nothing was ordered for anyone during that time frame. So you might want to lead with that and take responsibility for your fault. Not call and ask if I still want the glasses. That was assumed by the conversation we had 2 weeks ago. "We will go ahead and order these for you and call you in 2 weeks once they are ready for pickup". To try to put the blame on the customer who assumed based on that sentence that you would call me once ready, implies I ordered them from you and since I paid you that also implies that. You had a mess up with your workers or system and you should have lead with that instead of gas light the customer into thinking we did something wrong. I now see the only thing I did wrong was pick the incorrect vision center who clearly has unqualified workers. Also the prices are outrageous even with Tricare Prime insurance.
