They were supposed to charge my secondary insurance for my contacts and they didn't. They kept telling me they would and by Friday, they said it was too long so they couldn't refund me... this was their fault, btw. I ended up paying out of pocket and had to use my insurance for glasses that I didn't need because I bought a pair of glasses the year prior. But I only go to the eye doctor once a year anyway. I went here in March 18 of LAST YEAR (2022) and I just got a bill from them this month (August 2023). Over a year later for $90 to fit me for contacts. By the way, the woman I saw here recommended monthly disposables which were a nightmare and so uncomfortable and I ended up ordering my regular ones online anyway. So, I also ended up wasting my money on the monthly disposables that I purchase here as well.
