These are not cleaning issues; they are coating defects. When I brought them back, the salesman talked down to me, suggested I "buy their cleaner," and even told me I'd need to pay for a lens warranty to fix the problem. Instead of inspecting the lenses under proper lighting, he simply wiped them down as if I didn't know how to clean my own glasses. No one actually looked at the defects. A higher‑up eventually stepped in and said a remake was on the way, but only because of the earlier payment mistake -- not because anyone acknowledged the defects or took my concerns seriously. The nose pads also rubbed my skin raw, and they only had one other size/type available. For a professional optical business, that's unacceptable.
