They took my prescription, I paid the $230 they told me to after my insurance and sent them off. Because it took two weeks to process I had to pay to have them mailed to me. Once I received them, it was clear the wrong prescription had been put in. I called to ask and they admitted that they put the wrong prescription in and told me it would be an additional $250 (on top of the $230 already paid) to put the original prescription in that they were given and were supposed to. Plus the shipping to mail the frames back to them and have them mailed back to me after. After going in circles with the technician who clearly wasn't interested in fixing their admitted screw up, I asked for the manager. I was told he was out to lunch but would call me when he got back. That was at 1:30p. Never heard back from him that day. The next day the technician called me and said she had been authorised to wave the $12 shipping charge if I was going to pay the $250 extra for the prescription I originally requested and ordered. I told her I wanted to talk to the manager. Either way they were going to take the same loss of either refunding what I paid. Or covering the additional cost to get the prescription they screwed up and failed to make. It was literally the difference of keeping the customer they have had for 7+ years that has paid thousands for glasses every year and being out an additional $20 ($250 fix vs. $230 loss) or refunding what I paid and loosing the customer forever. I was informed the manager was running late, at 9:30am when they opened at 7am, and would call me back. The manager called me back and said they did screw up but they couldn't fix it without me paying the additional or it was insurance fraud. I informed him that if he double billed my insurance for the fix then yes it was. But if he just paid the lab to update the prescription to what it was originally supposed to be from the company's funds it was not. And either way it was going to be the same loss basically, which they have loss insurance for such things. He kept telling me it would be insurance fraud as apparently that's the only way he knows how to get things done is by over billing insurance companies. So he choose to take the loss that has no good explanation and looses them at least one lifetime customer. Hopefully more as that's what they deserve with such an incompetent office manager running the show. It's truely amazing how people can screw up doing the one thing they are hired for, have zero empathy or remorse with zero interest in doing the right thing, making it right or saving the reputation of their company these days. I will never purchse from them again. Nor will I ever recommend or share them as a viable option to anyone i know.

I made the drive down and the gentlemen who worked there asked me what I was looking for in terms of comfort then walked me through my options. I made my selections and two days later the cushions were ready for pickup. My sofa feels brand new and so much more comfortable than it was before that I can't believe I didn't think to do this sooner. And the cost of getting foam for all four cushions was *very* affordable, especially when compared to what it would have cost to get the work done by one of the upholstery stores in town. I'll absolutely be back if I need foam for any cushions in the future!

She even got a dress displayed way up down for me to check the size. She suggested an additional holiday dress to try so I would have options. She helped me zip the dress because sequins are hard and even tried to help me find shoes and earrings. I left with the cranberry color sequined dress and I will go out of my way to shop here more often because of the outstanding service I received!

On this particular day there was a 30% sale on everything plus an extra 10% if you used the store credit card. I did not have a card, but they have a military discount that equals the same. This store has alot of merchandise for women, men and children. Lots of inventory too. I did not have a problem finding sizes. I ended up finding 4 sweaters, a floral sweatshirt and a basic hoodie. They have a clearance section but I did not go through any of it. I should have because my daughter found some good things for herself and my grandsons. I remember this store being good for basics like camisoles, tanks, short and long sleeve tees . I will be back if I ever pack incorrectly again!
