I have been working since May 2026 on trying to get an eye drop prescription approved that requires a Prior Authorization by Care Mark. Many calls to Kyle Vision and to Care Mark waiting while the Care Mark representative reaches out to Kyle Vision staff to request the Prior Authorization From from the doctor be sent for their review. It is now the end of July 2026, and they still have not sent the form to Care Mark. Their staff doesn't have a clue and doesn't seem to even care, every time I have called Kyle Vision to check, I am told it will be sent to Care Mark..almost as if it is too much effort of their part to even bother...WTF!!!

He is absolutely wonderful thorough, attentive, and genuinely takes the time to listen and explain everything clearly. I always feel heard and well cared for. The staff is equally outstanding: kind, personable, and incredibly helpful. The office itself is always clean and welcoming, which adds to the overall positive experience. This place also holds a special place in my heart. I used to bring my father here before he passed away from Alzheimer's last year. The compassion they showed him meant the world to me. I'll never forget the day we left an appointment and he turned to me and said, "I like them. They don't make me feel like a dummy." That moment still gets me. The ladies at the front desk were, kind, friendly and took care of us immediately. My appointment was at 2:20 and I was back in the initial testing room as soon as my paperwork was turned in. The Tech (my apologies for not asking her name so I could include it in the review) that took care of me was informative, professional and gentle as she did my tests. I saw Dr Waqar for the exam portion and he explained all my tests in detail and in a way I understood completely. Macular Degeneration runs in my family and he assured me my eye is healthy and showing no signs at this point. My blurry vision is age related as well and he will see me again if it gets worse in 6 months or no later than a year. All this to say, Dr. Waqar is knowledgeable, professional and on his game. I felt very confident in his taking care of me. My husband was very pleased as well, and Dr. Waqar helped him diagnose an issue with his eyes and sent him home with a a new remedy to try, with a follow-up in a month. I'm writing the review to help you know you can trust the expertise and care at this TSO in Kyle.

We were appreciative of the Dr explaining everything even when everything looked good. He explained everything he was looking at and told us the good and the bad of each part.
