This place is nice and so are the staff. I wandered in because I desperately needed new lenses…read moresoon, but I needed to check up on my insurance and get some prices... which all the beautiful ladies in the front gladly helped me out with! Made an appointment for next week... Dr. Warren is great. He's kind and now I can see again! Haha. I wasn't impressed with their glasses selection but you can always take your prescription somewhere else. This place is affordable and my step-dad goes here too.

Have used these guys for years because they were one of the few places that did Oakley frames…read more Recently I took a set of frames in to have the lenses replaced. They took my prescription, I paid the $230 they told me to after my insurance and sent them off. Because it took two weeks to process I had to pay to have them mailed to me. Once I received them, it was clear the wrong prescription had been put in. I called to ask and they admitted that they put the wrong prescription in and told me it would be an additional $250 (on top of the $230 already paid) to put the original prescription in that they were given and were supposed to. Plus the shipping to mail the frames back to them and have them mailed back to me after. After going in circles with the technician who clearly wasn't interested in fixing their admitted screw up, I asked for the manager. I was told he was out to lunch but would call me when he got back. That was at 1:30p. Never heard back from him that day. The next day the technician called me and said she had been authorised to wave the $12 shipping charge if I was going to pay the $250 extra for the prescription I originally requested and ordered. I told her I wanted to talk to the manager. Either way they were going to take the same loss of either refunding what I paid. Or covering the additional cost to get the prescription they screwed up and failed to make. It was literally the difference of keeping the customer they have had for 7+ years that has paid thousands for glasses every year and being out an additional $20 ($250 fix vs. $230 loss) or refunding what I paid and loosing the customer forever. I was informed the manager was running late, at 9:30am when they opened at 7am, and would call me back. The manager called me back and said they did screw up but they couldn't fix it without me paying the additional or it was insurance fraud. I informed him that if he double billed my insurance for the fix then yes it was. But if he just paid the lab to update the prescription to what it was originally supposed to be from the company's funds it was not. And either way it was going to be the same loss basically, which they have loss insurance for such things. He kept telling me it would be insurance fraud as apparently that's the only way he knows how to get things done is by over billing insurance companies. So he choose to take the loss that has no good explanation and looses them at least one lifetime customer. Hopefully more as that's what they deserve with such an incompetent office manager running the show. It's truely amazing how people can screw up doing the one thing they are hired for, have zero empathy or remorse with zero interest in doing the right thing, making it right or saving the reputation of their company these days. I will never purchse from them again. Nor will I ever recommend or share them as a viable option to anyone i know.

The lobby/waiting area is spacious and calm. I like the options they have for glasses including wider frames for men as well. The place is clean along with the bathroom and it smells so good. The ladies in front are sweet and the lady taking care of us was very nice and informative that I value very much. I was educated on the new digital way for dilation for retinal. We were appreciative of the Dr explaining everything even when everything looked good. He explained everything he was looking at and told us the good and the bad of each part. They verified my vision plan before getting there and the OOP was very fair. I definitely recommend this vision place for both excellent service and the honesty along with thorough analysis.

Cons: -a bit annoying to have to pay an additional contact lens fitting fee when I regularly already wear contacts - including the brand I have preference to but they didn't have in stock so I was given a sample of whatever brand was being pushed at the time or the office had preference to. -no one answers the phone or returns phone calls- they have preference for you to schedule online or text the office phone number -I ordered contacts Dec 12 & was advised they would arrive before the new year, reached out 2x over the month regarding if they were in stock and what was going on - no calls back. Finally got ahold of the office today 1/13 to be told they were backordered and in office but when I asked why my calls were not returned earlier they ignored my question and stopped texting back. Pros: Clean office Easy Online Scheduling if you have preference to avoid calling the office to book Friendly Doctor

I went to this rheumatologist recently for chronic, severe pain for several decades, which I have seen multiple doctors for. I told him all my symptoms which I have done extensive research on, because nobody will ever give me any real answers or help. He asked me for my "worst two symptoms" instead of recognizing and evaluating all of them together. Then he ordered a bunch of bloodwork and X-rays (which I did) and told me to come back to discuss in a week. I told him that my bloodwork always comes back normal but bloodwork and X-rays don't show markers for what I think I have. He looked at my "normal" bloodwork and X-rays that he had me do and sent me a message that everything was normal and I don't need a follow up appointment. No medication treatment, no physical therapy referral, no diagnosis or even MRIs, and no deeper evaluation at all. He just told me that if I have any skin patch flare ups again, I need to go to yet another specialist to test that. I've read that the diagnosis for this disease is done in office through evaluation of accumulation of specific symptoms, not through bloodwork and X-rays. Instead I was dismissed once again and passed on to other specialists. I messaged them back twice about these frustrations and was ignored. But I'll definitely get billed.
