Shout out to Ryan who got me in same day and collected all my info via text which was hella clutch since I was at work. I was experiencing some eye pressure and was due for an eye exam. Everyone was sooo nice and accommodating and considerate. I took several tests plus some extras to be super sure I was is good eye health. Dr. Sara Langer really explained and gave examples of potential eye stressors as well as next steps to pursue since my tests came back without any problems. Very thorough, like the whole staff. Highly recommend this office.

Hours before my appt, they sent me a message saying my appt from over a year ago was not covered by…read moreinsurance, and i must pay in full before i can receive my current appt- did not understand how that had not been communicated to me once within the over a year gap between appts. But i persisted with the appt, and once I had arrived I was asked what my new vision insurance plan was in specific- i did not know the specific name of the plan off the top of my head, and received no help in figuring it out, even after handing my insurance card over & being told if i go thru insurance it will "actually cost more". Thus leaving me to pay for this appt in full as well in addition to the last year appt- close to $300 in one hour spent. (Until i do their job for them, and call my insurance to be reimbursed) During my actual appt, the doctor had a very unfortunate attitude, and had made off putting comments towards me that felt like personal jabs following her asking "did i see you the last time you were in" and me stating that "i don't remember". From her comments, i came to the conclusion that she'd rather i be close to legally blind than have "not much of a prescription." - even though she simultaneously diagnosed me with 2 separate eye malfunctions. I left feeling as though she thought i was a liar who just wants to have cute glasses ha! I will say, the tech who first saw me was very sweet and professional!! Definitely would not recommend, and will not be returning for my next annual check up.

I've seen both doctors here when scheduling worked out that way. Most recently my last two yearly…read morevisits have been with Dr. Mock. Making an appointment is easy and they were able to get me a next day appointment. I order my contacts directly through them as well and they have a really easy method of requesting it and pick up in a few days. I really like that there's no pressure here to order anything through them and that they listen to what you want. I have my next appointment in a few weeks and love that I'm not dreading going in. (No More puff of air in the eye if you opt for the new test!)

Angelica was very helpful with the eye tests. Dr. Do was also very nice to interact with in explaining the eye scan results, and that everything looked good. My experience with Target Optical was a frustrating one…read more I stopped in to order contacts. I requested that they be shipped to my house and that I get a tracking number/receipt. I was told I'd get the tracking info emailed shortly. I never got the email. About a week later, I still hadn't received my contacts or an email. I called the optical and was told that the order had been lost due to some shipping issue, but there wasn't a tracking number they could give me. Odd...was the order ever placed?? I was then told that they could place another order, but I'd need to pick it up at the store. No apologies were given. I was frustrated, but desperately needed them so agreed. This time, I did get an email. Again though, no tracking info. A few days go by. I haven't heard anything from optical. I decide to give them a call. I called twice (spaced out a few hours). No answer. I try a third time. They pick up. My contacts are available for me. Why wasn't I informed that my order was ready? How long did the team let them sit there? How long would they have sat. Way too much work went in on my end to accomplish a simple task. All of my interactions were with Dabne (that was the name on the receipt).
