I also ordered contacts in May and was told they would take about 14 days. After that appointment I never heard back from anyone. I had to call multiple times just to get them to give me trials while I keep waiting for my contacts. I finally was able to get them to give me a different brand by July in just my left eye but they still have not gotten back to me about my right eye and we are now almost in September. They are very nice people, but the service is very unprofessional and I have never waited so long for contacts. I have also never been charged so much. I would absolutely NOT recommend this place, I think you can get much faster and better service without being charged so much.

Making an appointment is easy and they were able to get me a next day appointment. I order my contacts directly through them as well and they have a really easy method of requesting it and pick up in a few days. I really like that there's no pressure here to order anything through them and that they listen to what you want. I have my next appointment in a few weeks and love that I'm not dreading going in. (No More puff of air in the eye if you opt for the new test!)

I started going to Dr. Le at some point in the early 2010s and would have had nothing but rave reviews for years. I wish I had posted a yelp review back then because it would have been great. Unfortunately I am not able to provide such positive feedback in 2026. I wish I could give negative stars. The culture of the office changed. They stopped opening on Saturdays so that employees could "spend time with their families". That sounds nice but in these dark times "family values" is unfortunately coded to some pretty vile political rhetoric. The front desk staff is also simply not as good, communicative, or personable. One associate actually broke my glasses. Fortunately I was there getting new glasses, but I would have liked to hold on to the old ones to have as spares and because they were cute frames. (They do still carry a very nice selection of frames.) The Dr. loaded me up with sample contacts which was very generous (and perhaps compensatory for the frames) but I think the prescription is a little off. Actually I think the prescription on my new glasses might be a little off too which leads to the final complaint: I feel that the quality of care declined in recent years. At my final visit I was actually having an occurrent vision issue which seemed to be ophthalmological in nature and the Dr. was completely blasé about it. She flashed a light in my eyes and said everything was fine. Honestly it was hard not to take her attitude personally. -10/10 do not recommend. There are other options in town. I need to find a new eye Dr. but this last experience has left me hesitant. Thanks for that.

I trusted the prescription I was given and ordered new glasses, only to receive a pair that made my vision blurry and caused immediate eye strain and discomfort. Instead of improving my vision, they made it significantly worse than my old glasses. I have glasses now that I can't wear, and because of this, I have to take even more time out of my schedule and make an appointment with a completely different eye doctor just to find out what went wrong and get a prescription I can actually use. That should never happen after a routine eye exam. This experience has completely destroyed my confidence in this office. I will never return and would not recommend anyone trust them with their vision. Save yourself the frustration, expense, and inconvenience of having to start over somewhere else.
