It seems like a lot but I've never felt uncomfortable in any of them. And they move you through them quickly. The office is always tidy and clean. And there's never a huge wait up front. Maybe a couple people at the most. It's hard when doctors overbook and you have so many folks waiting, but not here! Great selection of eyewear. I can always find glasses and sunglasses. The gal who helps you in this area will tell you about any deals too! Pick up is quick and easy too. Recommended my husband to give them a try here too as his optometrist just retired. The staff here are all very nice and patient. They are excellent at communicating with you especially with all of the different exam tests you are required to do. I honestly never had to do so many eye exams before, but I appreciated the thoroughness. Dr. Liao was the optometriest who assessed me and took care of my exam. I came here for contact lens exam, as well as, my eyeglass prescription. She is very kind, knowledgeable, and thorough! She is very personable and takes the nerves away. She treats you like any other person and not just like a patient. They do not try to upsell you and truly want the best for you. I would definitely come back.

I informed them that I wear them everyday & need them to drive & can't be without them. They told me to go get DOLLAR GLASSES mean while. I told them I tried them before I got my glasses & they don't work that is why I got glasses from them. I told them I drive everyday & need them & can't leave them. I was then told well if they are scratched that bad how can I see? said that was why I needed them fixed because I had bought the scratch warranty. I was then told to get PLEDGE WAX & spray it on glasses & let dry then buff them out. It would work they said. I said why then would I have gotten the scratch protection. I also asked them why none of this was disclosed to me when I got them & the warranty. NO ANSWER. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER. DON'T GO THERE. I ASK FOR A REFUND ON THE WARRANTY SINCE THIS WAS ALL NOT DISCLOSED. NO ANSWER TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE DON'T GO THERE!!!!!
