We trust this father/daughter practice to provide the best optical evaluation they can and provide advice and services we need. Due to extenuating circumstances, we had to take a break from Kebo's practice for quite a while, but upon our return have been welcomed back as patient family. We are fortunate to be blessed with professional, compassionate care by the entire staff as well as the doctors.

When I was choosing them I felt rushed as the person helping me kept checking her watch the whole time. yes I was being picky, but being as I had to wear them for a whole year I think this is my right. I payed the difference between the two eye glasses and as I'm there picking my new pair the other receptionist says rather loudly "make sure she likes these ones as we cannot do this a second time!" You ARE NOT the doctor, and have no rights to make decisions for/as the doctor. Lastly, to the impatient and arrogant employee who processed the glasses, you should self reflect on your patient care. She rushes you to select your glasses. Terrible place for eye care. You best go somewhere else!

May 15th: This place is a joke. It's an urgent care clinic. There's no point of making an…read moreappointment. I showed up on time for my appointment and waited for over an hour for the PA and had a brief conversation; about 2 minutes. No bedside manners. Also, labs is another long wait. I'm not sure who's running this place but they obviously do not practice patient-centered care. I gave this place two stars because of the front-desk staff; they seem to be the most efficient part of clinic operations. The other star is for the cleanliness (at least on visual inspection). I spoke with the healthcare manager about unsatisfactory experience and he said that I'm not the first to make these complaints; however, much of the explanation he gave seems to align with the practice, that is wait and see and "my hands are tied." May 23: sending prescription to the pharmacy is another wait. It's almost a week later since I provided substantiating documentation and I still don't have all of my prescription (one is OTC!). I'm almost tempted to travel an hour away for medical care because I know the standards are higher. I'm not expecting perfection, but I think that this practice needs to learn and uphold their own core values of "ICARE" that they allegedly claim.
