She has outstanding communication skills and listens intently to her patients. Dr Recalde's office team reflects her attributes in providing exceptional patient care with professionalism, little wait time and attention to detail. Jenny's performance is also remarkable, during a recent conversation with her I mentioned that I had a knee surgery scheduled the next day, and she contacted me after to wish me well.

He's very kind, and extremely helpful. I have gone to him for eye concerns not related to actual glasses several times. I even have his emergency number. I trust him completely with my vision, and I believe that you should, too. Throughout the years the neighborhood where his office is located has kind of gone downhill, but I still feel safe in his office. His staff is very kind, and most if not all of them are bilingual (which isn't a need of mine, but worth stating for others!). The back room that houses the glasses has a nice large selection. I got a pair of glasses with the help of my insurance for only $10. I'm assuming that a pair of glasses without insurance would be over $130, possibly more, but I bet they could work with you.

My wife's been going to him since she was a little girl, and when I needed to find a new eye doctor a few years ago, I started going to him, too. Absolutely no regrets. His office staff is nice and they get the job done. I didn't feel super pressured to buy expensive frames; I told the lady helping me that I was on a budget and she helped me find some frames that fit that budget. My new glasses were ready within just a few days, and pickup was a breeze. The office itself is pretty small and seems to be pretty old; he's probably been in this location for a very long time. It's okay, while it's not much to look at, it's a really good place to get your eyes check out and get some new glasses.

Her pediatrician said there's not a lot of pediatric ophthalmologist so it might take a while for someone to call me to set an appointment. Surprisingly only waited 4 days and I received a call from scheduling. The lady who helped me was kind initially she said the earliest appointment was alittle over a month but thankfully she found us an earlier date. I received text and email reminders a few days closer to her appointment. The day of her appt we arrived 15 mins early. The lady at the front desk was nice and welcoming. Filled up a new pt worksheet. Then we were shortly called to the back. My daughter ran to the examination chair and independently sat herself waiting patiently. Dr. Salahuddin came in with a mask but his eyes smiled which was quite infectious. He was very welcoming and gave her a high-five. My daughter enjoys going to doctors appointments and gets very excited and compliant but she's not comfortable with any male clinicians. She gets this worried look in her face and becomes the total opposite of how she would normally act around female counterpart. So I was glad he was trying to make her feel comfortable. She allowed him to examine her eyes. He was professional, knowledgeable and he took his time explaining the condition we were referred by in layman's term. It was a quick in and out appointment. We had a pleasant experience. The staff was very friendly, Dr. Salahuddin was amazing and the office was clean.

Since staring a new position at work I'm constantly looking at a computer screen and I've noticed some vision changes. I called 3 weeks ago and they gave me the earliest date and time. Arrived today about 7mins before they officially opened at 8am. They have self check in kiosks for both Fog Remington and Insight Vision Center. Easy to use they provide the instructions in English and in Spanish. You simply provide your information, Scan your DL and they also ask for a payment card. The waiting room is a good size and has many seats. The ladies at the front counter are nice. Noticed that people do try to check in with them but they would redirect them to the self service kiosks. I was called back about 10mins later. Dr.Lu is my doctor she's kind and knowledgeable, listened my concerns. My appointment as a whole lasted about 30mins. The place is clean and everyone was friendly.

Since the treatment was at 5:00 PM, I went home chalking it up to my first experience with this type of treatment. When I woke up the next day, my vision was still blurry so I immediately contacted the med spa via email phone call. When they didn't call me back, I had to seek treatment from an optometrist. I've never been to Dr. Yamamoto's office, but she came highly recommended by a few family members and she got me in the same day. She ran extensive tests and was incredibly patient with me throughout the process. I was so grateful that she got me in last minute and helped me figure out what was going on. Her clinic was clean and chic and the front office was warm and welcoming. I also appreciated that she has her own eye glass shop. Having this terrible experience with a med spa was actually a blessing in finding my new optometrist.
