If I can give a zero, I would. How's do you have the audacity to work in a healthcare field without empathy and compassion. The Receptionist, very rude and disrespectful. You ARE NOT the doctor, and have no rights to make decisions for/as the doctor. Lastly, to the impatient and arrogant employee who processed the glasses, you should self reflect on your patient care. I would highly recommend the Sanger location! What a GREAT STAFF & Dr. Luu is a wonderful Doctor. The receptionist is extremely helpful and goes above and beyond to try and accommodate my schedule as it's difficult for me to arrange appointments with my work schedule. The office staff greets you and are friendly the office is clean. I have never waited too long to be seen (which is huge for me in my opinion) I rate this 5 Stars and it's well deserved! read more

Really rude, they didn't care about my son who came here two years ago, the doctor did eye surgery on my son and left him worse and now doesn't want to help him she said she was going to refer him to another eye doctor who specializes in kids but at the end she didn't want to help she said she specializes in adults only so why accept kid patients in the first place? My insurance paid her for not even seeing my son. I cried to her asking for help but she didn't care for my son or comprehend my pain as a mother! read more

This place has no customer service whatsoever. I literally came in talked to the receptionist for idk about 10 seconds. I asked if they take my insurance and she said yes we do, but the lady that's in charge of this is out. Wtv that means. So I asked, so there is no one that can see me today? She said, "no we are fully booked". She didn't ask me if I wanted an appointment or anything. There was one patient waiting in the lobby. They weren't busy at all I don't know why they couldn't help me. Very bad experience. They don't even deserve my one star rating. Just trying to get an eye exam before I start my new job . I have been taking my children to the Sanger Officer for the past 5 years. The staff is very accomidating to my schedule and friendly to us. The office staff is always pleasant and it's a pleasure to converse with them. The staff treats my kids and I in a respectfull manner and i have no complaints with the place. Having said this I have seen many people (customers, patients) walk in and act like they own the place, they allow there kids to act like animals. These same parents get offended if there told anything, regarding there animal kids. Natural Vison is a great place and the staff is awesome. Thank you guys. read more

Natural Vision in Sanger has the worst customer service I ever experienced. The receptionist has a terrible attitude and very rude. She is unprofessional and shoes no compassion for her job or the patients at Natural Vision. I worked at a receptionist for 4 years and her behavior is unacceptable. Marisol who works in the back hand is awesome. She knows how to deal with patients and the reason why I'm still a patient there. I had an appt 3/26/18 @ 8 a.m. for my son. At the end of our visit I went up to the receptionist to schedule a follow up appt. She starts making my appt and gets on the phone & makes a call. My son seen a candy and was crying he wanted it. I told him no and tried to calm him down and tell him I have candy in the car. She makes my appt and says what does he want and sees the candy by her things. She picks up the candy and says this candy? Then she says this candy is mine you can't have it and hides it. I couldn't believe she just told my son that. My son is 4 years old and doesn't know better. She is an adult and should of had more sense to treat a child like that. This is not the first incident I've had with her. She is rude and has a bad attitude. I don't know why she is still working there. I've been coming here for a while and do not deserve this kind of treatment. Natural Vision in Sanger is a great place to visit. The staff is very friendly and down to earth. The receptionist got me in promptly and was friendly to my family member and I. She had multiple people come into the lobby and still managed to take calls without neglecting the people present. The nurses are nice and professional even at 8am. The doctor works fast and gets to the point so you are not waiting around. This is an awesome place to visit for an eye exam! read more

I would hope this office does not treat their other patient's the way they treated us. My son's glasses broke and I called to request repairs or a replacement and they said they do not do repairs or replacements for Cal Viva insurance and he wasn't due for new lenses yet. However, I could pay $65 for their glasses package. I declined and contacted my insurance and was told that repairs and replacements are a covered benefit under reasonable circumstances. Since this would be his first request for repairs, there was no issue. My insurance then contacted Natural Vision and informed them that it was covered and as a Cal Viva provider, they are to provide the covered benefits to their patient's. I then went to Natural Vision to bring them the broken glasses and the receptionist stated my insurance never called them and that replacements are not covered and offered the $65 package again or said I should go to Walmart where it might be cheaper. I declined and asked for a copy of my son's prescription in case I needed to take it to Walmart. They could not find it and said they must have given it to me at his appointment so I should have it. ( wow...really?) I called my insurance again and they called Natural Vision..again. I called Natural Vision and they said they spoke to my insurance and it was covered and they will order a new pair which takes 4-6 weeks to come in and they didn't need me to bring my son in, which I thought was odd because they don't know his prescription because apparently I have it. I am concerned that this office may be telling other patient's they can't do repairs or replacements and charging them $65, when all along it is a covered benefit. I understand that they don't make much money doing repairs or replacements for Medi-Cal, but having the patient's pay for something that is covered is not right. Long story short, always check your benefits with your insurance, don't just rely on what the office says. Update: I ended just ordering glasses from Walmart and paying cash, as well as ordering the pair from Natural Vision through the insurance. Months went by and I never got a call to pick up his glasses from Natural Vision. I ended up getting new vision insurance and taking my son to another eye Dr. for an evaluation. They said that the prescription he was using was all wrong and was actually hurting his vision. We ordered a new pair of glasses with the strength that the new eye doctor ordered and my son sees a whole lot better. Natural Vision finally called stating my son's glasses were ready. I declined to pick them up and notified them that the prescription was all wrong and was ruining my son's vision and that we will not be returning there. read more
