I will emphasize that they have the best quality and prices I have yet to encounter even comparing to now just those around Perris IE areas but even in the LA and San Bernardino area. The Optometrist is an extremely knowledgeable person and is of a very humble soul who has passion for what he does. I have moved but I don't mind making a trip out to see him and his staff. I know the long waits can be frustrating but that's what happens when you have good prices, excellent and knowledgeable staff and an excellent experience with the Optometrist. If you find yourself looking for affordable prices and high quality products and services then you found yourself in the right place. Please if you're not a patient person don't hesitate to ask for times that are not as busy and hopefully you will be as satisfied as I and my family have been. I have many old pair of glasses that don't last over one year and I paid well over 1K with other Optometrist and they are not worth my money and time. I have a pair that this Optometrist made for me that's about 7-8 years old and they are in very good condition, sadly my eyes are not so I do require yearly subscriptions and can't wear my old glasses anymore. The "sales…read moredepartment" on the other hand (Lisa), has to be one of the most pushy/insisting sales agents a used car dealership can ever ask for, as that's where she would flourish, instead of tarnishing Dr. Barnes' reputation and this establishment. After my initial exam, Lisa sold me on progressive lenses without any explanation that I would see only through 10% of the lens, unless I bob my head left right, up down. When I got the classes, she told me I need to get used to them. Three days after wearing the new glasses, still can't see clearly through left eye, or the remaining 90% of both lenses. I called it in and Lisa suggested: "Your vision must be extra sensitive". My insurance suggested I can return the glasses for a refund or retest/ remaking of lenses. Lisa stated over the phone to me "That is a false statement". She finally agreed to take me in to have an eye exam performed again. No surprise, the lens manufacturer she uses got the left one wrong compared to what Dr. Barnes prescribed. I requested the lenses be remade without the progressive feature which I cannot see through. No apology from Lisa and stated I will end up paying for the "progressive lenses" even though they will redo them without this feature. Looking at the price list of the lenses, and frames Lisa talked me into, everything is overinflated. Lisa stated the frames are "designer frames" that go for $210. I found the same exact frame for $75- to most expensive at Lens Crafters for $145. My insurance covered frames up to $175. I still had to pay an additional $28 for "Lisa's pricing" of the frames. The frames and lenses were priced at $967.00 of which I had to pay $447.00 after my insurance covered the rest of the cost. Visited my local Costco and after showing this receipt, they stated I could have purchased three pairs for what Lisa charged. Please be aware of the overpricing and inflexibility of this sales associate at this facility. It really is a shame.

We are all very visual people, and sometimes complex or multiple ideas can be seen better by a single still image, which conveys its meaning more effectively than a mere verbal description. (3) Attention To Detail - He thoroughly examined and identified, even the smallest symptoms and signs. He was very accurate in my diagnoses and referred me to the appropriate treatment plan. (4) Strong Ethical Standards - Even though this was the first time meeting these two brothers, I put all my trust (which for me is rare ) because immediately, I sensed their commitment to my best interest providing the highest standard of care. Dr. Holcomb is incredibly professional. He takes the time to explain every test thoroughly and is willing to try multiple lenses to get things right. The equipment is also top-notch. I came in for my annual vision check and tried contact lenses for the first time, specifically multifocal. The fitting was thorough, and both Dr. Holcomb and the staff were patient and willing to test out several versions, sending me home with multiple trial pairs. For the fitting itself, I worked with Jennifer and Sabrina. Since it was my first time putting contacts in and taking them out, they were extremely helpful and walked me through the whole process without ever making me feel rushed. I also ended up ordering multifocal glasses with dimming. The front-office team was welcoming and professional as well. Overall, a great experience.

They have a fairly large selection of frames to choose from. The problem I had was Dr. Tran was repeatedly adjusting my prescription to make it weaker and I would have trouble reading street signs and seeing well. I would have to go back to get it adjusted. This happened multiple times. I've since went to a different eye doctor and have better vision with my contacts and glasses. Some members of the staff at the front desk are friendly, some of the technicians that helped me were not. During one of my visits they were playing unedited 90s grunge music the whole time I was there, complete with four-letter f-bombs. It just happened the one time, I thought it was very strange for this type of business though.
