I have mishaps with my glasses frequently and they always work hard to see if they can warranty my lenses or frames or both when they break. I even had a situation in which my frames broke and were discontinued so I thought my relatively new lenses would be useless, but they were able to find another set of frames that match the specs exactly. If you want a great eye exam from a friendly doctor, call and ask for Dr. Bahn. If you already have a prescription, I need help finding glasses and ask for Wendy.

My appointment was in October and I still do not have contact lenses - two full months later. I will be looking for a new optometrist.
