The fitting was thorough, and both Dr. Holcomb and the staff were patient and willing to test out several versions, sending me home with multiple trial pairs. For the fitting itself, I worked with Jennifer and Sabrina. Since it was my first time putting contacts in and taking them out, they were extremely helpful and walked me through the whole process without ever making me feel rushed. They have a fairly large selection of frames to choose from. The problem I had was Dr. Tran was repeatedly adjusting my prescription to make it weaker and I would have trouble reading street signs and seeing well. I would have to go back to get it adjusted. This happened multiple times. I've since went to a different eye doctor and have better vision with my contacts and glasses. Some members of the staff at the front desk are friendly, some of the technicians that helped me were not. During one of my visits they were playing unedited 90s grunge music the whole time I was there, complete with four-letter f-bombs. It just happened the one time, I thought it was very strange for this type of business though.

I only have one of my glasses and the other I am still waiting on. The staff was apologetic and upgraded my lenses for me for the hassle, but this is beyond frustrating. Sadly, none of them were what are family was looking for in this type of provider. After searching again, we found Dr. Jury's practice! We have been patients of Optometric Vision Experience for maybe 9 years now: we could not be happier with Dr. Jury and his entire staff, from the front counter to frame searching, frame fittings and drop-in frame adjustments. His office and staff are always very accomodating for scheduling our family's annual eye exams and any appointments we may neeed for any type of eye/vision concern.
