He's a seasoned physician with excellent patient care and serves as the namesake for both optometric centers in Moreno Valley and Riverside. As the lead/mentor to all the other doctors, Dr. Clayton has a fantastic understanding of visual impairments big and small. The explanations I received during my recent check-up were easy to understand, he's very approachable. I came in for my annual visit and ordered my new hard contact lenses along with some back-up glasses. The frames selection was a bit weak. I spotted several glasses that seemed too old for my taste, so I settled for some aviator-style frames. I liked them enough to buy them! My visit was later in the day, however I never felt rushed or uncomfortable. I took my time asking questions and received great service. The Optometric Center is linked to Loma Linda University Health (although they're not owned by them), so the office was able to obtain my ophthalmology documents from my LLU physician. If you're looking for RGB lenses for keratoconus (which I have), this is the place to go! The Optometric Center is highly recommended!

We have now been waiting for more than an hour, and they keep saying they only have two doctors available and that we are scheduled to see a specific doctor. Meanwhile, at least 8 people have gone in before us. What makes it even worse is that one patient who arrived after us without an appointment was seen before my mom, even though she had a scheduled appointment. When I asked the front desk why my mom still had not been called, the lady was very rude and unprofessional. She claimed those people were there before us, which was not true at all. Very disappointing experience and terrible customer service. Please don't come here. They do not respect people's time at all.

Each time I have gone in has been great. No complaints. The staff here really care about you and will treat you with respect and more than just a number. I've gone to too many places where it is noticeable they don't care about you or your eyes, just money. This place is not one of them. Every time I've gone in, the staff are chatting with customers asking about their kids/their families. You can tell this place has regulars and that's a green flag in my book. Dr. Everitt is amazing. I went in for new glasses and to try on contacts. I have been trying to find my perfect pair of contacts for the past 3 years. Other optometrists I've been to said my migraines were normal or made excuses for the blurriness by saying "my vision will never be perfect again like it was before I started wearing glasses". Dr. Everitt was the only one who listened to my concerns and tried different options to see which contact prescription and brand works for my eyes. No headaches when I wear contacts and it feels like I'm not wearing anything at all! She is amazing! I also want to give a quick shoutout to the staff who are all so nice and caring. Most recently Desiree and Emily who helped me order contacts and then also gave me some trial contacts to use because my order would not get here in time for my vacation. Thank you!

The doctors and staff are consistently exceptional--whether it's during a routine eye exam, addressing a concern, or helping me choose from their selection of designer frames like Prada, Gucci, and Burberry. They're patient, knowledgeable, and genuinely focused on making sure you leave feeling confident about your vision and your style. The facility itself is spotless and well-organized, with a modern feel that makes the entire experience comfortable from the moment you walk in. It's also conveniently located right off Indiana Avenue, which makes getting in and out a breeze. Another big plus is their online system. Scheduling, confirming, and even receiving reminders can all be done through their website and text messages. It's incredibly convenient and saves a lot of time. Overall, I highly recommend 20/20 Vision Associates Optometry. They combine top-tier care with excellent service and a great selection--truly a standout in eye care.

A friend didn't have a great experience with his doctor, so I wanted to make sure I went with a doctor with a good track record. Please note I had this surgery done around 2005, but I have referred everyone I know and they have all been impressed by Dr Pabalan. The office was very busy, but after my initial appointment, I was set up for LASIK. I was impressed by Dr Pabalan's knowledge as well as his warnings. I was extremely anxious (I feel the Valium did nothing for me) but once the Doc knew I'd be more at ease if he walked me through verbally what he was doing, he did just that! He explained every painstaking detail of every step he took during the laser surgery. His staff called me later that evening to ensure I was doing ok (I was) and at my follow up appointment the next morning (a Saturday), there was no staff in the office, just the Doc coming in to see me. I was so impressed with follow up and follow through, and his level of care. My vision went from -2.75 to 10/15 in one eye and 20/20 in the other, over 16 years later my vision is still great.
