Mr Bergelt helped my wife with her glasses, finding a mistake an expensive, well regarded optical shop made and refused or was unable to fix. He found it in about 5 minutes, took her prescription and In a week delivered the perfect vision she expected at a price I could not believe. My prescription changed and instead of going to a shop that has been my go-to place for years, I went here. The last pair I had made (they were very good) at my old shop cost nearly $1000! Here, similar frames (name brand) with high quality lenses with all of the special features like coatings and no line bifocals was less than $400! Susan was patient, adjusted my current glasses, and helped me learn more about progressive lenses and the inevitable adjustments I needed to make.
