Their staff did a great job explaining my exam options and how they would affect final payment. The staff member who performed the various eye imaging/photos prior to seeing Dr. Shah was very kind and did a great job helping me understand what I needed to do at each station. Payment and gathering my prescription details on the way out was also handled timely and professionally. My eye exam was performed my Dr. Shah, she also fit me for contacts. I found her very friendly and professional. Everything from discussing my vision and medical history to the examination to thoroughly explaining things along the way were all done to a high and friendly standard. I especially appreciated the time she took explaining the various images they took of both my eyes. As for the facility, it's all kept very clean, including equipment.
