everytime I do an online order for delivery I either get nasty produce that should of been thrown away or I'm missing multiple item. I've come to this store several times. I go in, purchase my stuff, and usually leave without incident. Tonight I was there and met Ismail while at the self checkout lane. He did something that I don't think I've seen anyone else do. He consistently approached people and asked them if they needed help scanning or bagging their groceries. I think this is very noteworthy. At any other type of grocery store of different names, the employees at the self- checkout lane usually stand back and just watch and wait for an issue with a machine. This young man (he might be my same age, but he looked younger) was actively engaging with customers and I think that was delightful. I've been slacking a bit in my yelp reviews (they tend to be very lengthy so I need to sit down and dedicate time thinking through everything) but tonight I felt compelled to write one. I was ultimately IMPRESSED by this good-natured employee. And I'll give my usual disclaimer, no, I am not in any way related to him . I figured I should point that out in case anyone wondered. I'm not sure if Walmart has surveys for people to do on service, etc, so i wanted to make sure I recognized this employee. Ordered online for delivery with a reserved time between 10-11am...it's now 7pm and I still have not received my groceries that included dinner for my family for tonight. Could not get customer service by calling the store. Took 30 minutes to get thru to someone at 1800WALMART... got an apology for the delay, but still no delivery and no clear resolution. If I CANCEL my delivery, it will take 5 business days to get a refund. Lesson learned. I will never shop online or in-store at Walmart again. Ever. A Walmart is a Walmart, but this is definitely one of the nicer locations I've been to. The produce section -- and the grocery section as a whole-- was well stocked and looked pretty nice. Everything seems clean and relatively new. Staff was friendly, and we found everything we were looking for. This location has a pretty large book department, as well as a craft department that would put a small-ish Michael's store to shame. If you're looking for candles, oil diffusers, incense, or anything of the like, they also have two or three full aisles of stock to choose from. Especially compared to ordering groceries with Instacart, it's a great place to shop. Got my usual grocery trip plus some extra items like command hooks and diffuser oil that aren't in a normal order, and I still saved about 50 bucks. Definitely going back next time I have the chance. read more

The absolute worst Walmart in the entire area. After checking in, we sat in the pick up parking spot for over 35 minutes for the guy to come out with only one of the items we ordered. He claims they no longer have the other item in stock when the fact of the matter is the Walmart website indicated it was in stock. We double checked our order and indeed it says it's in stock and ready for pick up. It's obvious the people working in this store don't give a crap about doing their job properly, especially since you can't get a hold of anyone in pick up and the voicemail box is full. The store is always dirty, always out of items that you're looking for, and the majority of the staff are indifferent to being here. Every customer has to have the receipt checked leaving the store, which makes the assumption that every customer steals. I have been other Walmart stores where they don't do this and this one always makes you feel bad after leaving. I don't understand how I can be this bad and only a few miles away. This is for delivery drivers for spark I am a driver myself do not accept returns if a customer is not there when you show up you only get a $2.50 for a show fee especially if you drive 20 minutes out of your way to go there then you don't get nothing but 2.50 and then you have to drive all the way back to Walmart say another 20 minutes to actually get an order to lose out 40 minutes to driving paid $2.50 and no one cares customer service won't do nothing for you at all read more

My review is for the Auto Service Center and a particular employee. So we arrived to have a battery that was purchased from the store last year tested. No one was at the desks, when Kimberly came barreling out of the shop door yelling "my shitty technician didn't take the tire racks in!" Scream across the room to another employee. We then asked her to test the battery after she came back again. She hooked up the machine incorrectly and began yelling out loud at the machine. I pointed out to her that she improperly connected the cables to the battery terminals and fixed it for her. Then she began yelling out loud that the battery wasn't listed, again blaming the machine. Kind of embarrassing to be around tbh. Finally she found it and tested it and it showed low battery. She then yelled that they could not return it that it was way over warranty, I explained that I knew that and I was only there to have it tested to narrow a no start issue. When you go to a service center, you hope to come across someone that is knowledgeable in their position, definitely wasn't the case here and the customer service was very poor. I have given this company chance after chance after chance. Now I no longer will shop online with them or step a foot into any of their stores! Used their Walmart+ to get groceries delivered to me. I live on the 3rd floor and I have specified please bring upstairs to no avail! So I started to use their inhome service, which u have to pay for both Walmart+and the inhome service,$20. I have been using the curb side lick up. The management at the store is terrible. They have one person getting people's orders and loading cars. 40 min wait time. Plus repeatedly whomever has been the personal shopper puts severely dented cans of food in my order. I have had multiple orders where as many as 10 items are missing yet I am charged for. I have to ask for a refund one by one. I have even received packages of meat that were opened. I order the same lunch meat and have never gotten the correct one yet. I understand that the volume of people using the service is greater since the pandemic but it is not rocket science to not choose severely dented cans or opened chicken or meat packages.... read more

Not just used, but covered in dirt, candle wax, and short curly pubic hairs. They do not check the returns. When you buy something here it may be used and boxed as new. There was no way of knowing. It was on the shelf with the new ones. I have had too many bad experiences at this location to even mention. It's one of the worst in the country. I know the prices are low. The greeter on the pharmacy side will ask to see your receipt if you're not old and white, no matter what she's super rude and I thought she was supposed to be polite. This is the second time I've had an issue on the left side of the store. The first time someone left their stuff and I seen it there so I grabbed it and ran to the front door to get to them. The lady chased me thinking I was stealing something. Meanwhile my groceries were still back at the register,and if she were doing her job instead of being a Walmart cop she would of helped them notice they left there stuff.. the second time she asked to see my receipt after not asking everyone in front of me, maybe it's because I had three bags of mulch that weren't in bags but if I was trying to leave I'd go out the back orsomething, it wouldn't be mulch anyway after giving her the receipts she was completely rude and ran away from me. I shop like a guy here (I'm a girly girl, but not when shopping here, or home improvement stores). I know what I need and what it's called, and most of the time, its location. Not so the last 2 days. They're renovating store (Yes!), but moved nearly everything (NO!). Without accurate signage, I wandered the store like a nomad for a good 15 minutes, iso curtains, tension rods, and rod center supports. Asked 3 employees (unlike a guy) for location. They didn't have a clue, and 2 weren't going to kill themselves helping me. Curtains, blinds, etc. are now near the front, going towards health/beauty items. read more

Even posting publicly that I have spent money in a Walmart period is embarrassing for me- I don't shop here unless I have no choice. But I'm not ashamed that I like to stay busy making money when I'm not at work and I needed something to keep going: I'm a part time Uber driver and needed to replace my phone charger ASAP to stay on the road. Of course, not many places that have phone chargers are really open right now. 4 of the 8 self checkout lanes are closed. There are at least 35 people waiting in line between all registers. I get if you're understaffed and cant keep the regular lanes open- but it's self checkout for crying it loud. Make 4 of them credit card only during off hours or something so that they don't have to be closed for balancing. Those machines are costly and should be firing at all times. I'm good- I only had two items. But the family waiting in line in front of me was met by an associate standing there bellowing '20 items or less' every minute or so- like a TSA person herding in the cattle at security (not helping anyone of course). I didn't see any signs up there. She probably had 22 items- so she let it go. But if I had to watch that poor family get bumped to the back of another line I would have gladly raised hell for them. As a retail manager from another company who has seen Walmart withstand a lot of the transition from 'brick and mortar' to 'click and order'- this is disappointing. You don't have to kiss the ground customers walk on- I am so not one of those people. But think about it- If a customer HAS to even set foot in a store, the rule of thumb should be 'try to give something to them even just a little bit of something that a computer or website can't provide'. read more

Let's face it, Wal-Mart does have good prices. I just don't like to shop here because it is always so busy and will take forever to check out. I have also come way too often when they are out of bread!! We did purchase a baby gate here recently and I was pleased with the product and the price. I use their grocery app and do the drive up option. That always runs smooth. However I have done pick ups inside the store and their machine is broken that usually distributes the items and it took them forever to locate my purchase. I will continue to use the drive up grocery option. read more

Nice Walmart with lots of parking. They don't seem to be as busy as a lot of Super Walmart's so I'm normally in and out. The produce always looks nice and the shelves are well stocked. If you go early in the morning they have vegetable and fruit markdowns. read more

How have I not written a review of this place yet?!?! So for starters it's a Walmart. They have cheep cloths, cheep groceries and pretty much anything else you can think of. Just don't forget to put cheep in front of it. Now onto this store. It's always disorganized stuff everywhere it shouldn't be and I always find myself singing the "Only at Walmart" song whenever I'm here. There are several cashiers who are incredibly slow. Also as depicted in my pic we came out from a short shopping trip to find a hypodermic needle syringe included, a spoon and a wife beater. It was so gross. I quickly put my son in his car seat while the man put groceries in the back and went to find a manager. Instead I saw a police officer sitting in his car and went to tell him about it. He came over and removed the items. It was right in front of the truck so we couldn't even pull out. I wish I could say that was my last time at any walmart but alas it hadn't been. I never thought I would write a review for Walmart, because frankly- I avoid shopping there like the plague. I found myself having to go there to pick up an order my mom and I had placed for fried chicken, for a surprise party we were throwing for my dad. We ordered 200 pieces of fried chicken with Walmart, after checking prices with multiple other catering companies. Before calling Walmart to order the chicken, we checked online for prices. We found a PDF of the deli/catering menu and saw a "party pack" for 100 pc. Fried chicken for $58.98. When calling Walmart, they told us their price for 100 pcs of fried chicken was $70. We explained to them that the prices online were different and asked if we could receive the cheaper price that we had found online. The woman we spoke to did not act like this was a problem and told us to bring in a copy of the "Party pack" deal that we saw online. Saturday afternoon rules around and I am the lucky one that has to retrieve the chicken from Walmart. My gut feeling told me that this wasn't going to be an easy task- I knew something would go wrong. Sure enough, I was right. The chicken was ready on time, which was the only positive from the experience. Before giving us the sheet with the prices for the chicken, I verified with the woman that the price would be $58.98 for 100 pcs (about $118 total). She told me that the price was $75 for 100 pieces. I explained to her what had happened when we placed the order and showed her the copy of the price online. She told me "this isn't us". I explained that it came directly from Walmart.com and I would be happy to pull the information up on my phone as well. She repeated to me "No" and "This isn't us" and even told me that I was wrong. What kind of customer service is that? She then proceeded to ask me what my mom's telephone number was, so that she could talk to her about the situation. I explained to her that we were having a surprise party for my dad and that she could not call her at that exact moment. It was clear that this woman did not care about me or my satisfaction with the order we placed. I wasn't getting anywhere with the conversation I was having with her, and therefore asked for her manager. Her first response was, "I am the manager", but after repeating myself, she went to look for her manager. This gentleman was also extremely unhelpful. He told me, "This isn't us" and did not explain what he meant by it. He also told me there was nothing he could do for us. I was so frustrated by this point in the conversation, that I told him I would not be returning because the customer service is atrocious. The chicken itself was fine, everyone enjoyed it at the party. My mom visited a couple days later to discuss the situation with them, since she was the primary person who placed the order. She spoke to the same male manager that I had spoken to when picking up the order. He informed my mom that "Walmart needs to update the PDF" and that there was nothing he could do. At a MINIMUM, we should have been given a $10 gift card (the difference between the $70 for 100 pcs. We were quoted online, to the $75 it actually cost). Nothing. This billion dollar company could do absolutely nothing to accommodate their customers for their dissatisfaction in the service they received. I will never shop here again. Yes- they MIGHT have the cheapest options in terms of catering, but their customer service is terrible. It is not worth it whatsoever. Pay the extra money to be treated like a human being that matters. read more

Ok so here it is, I know stuff is cheap here, I get that. I know that they have almost everything you need in one place. But this place is the worst! If you get there early, like before 10am, it's not that bad. But anytime after that, just turn around and go back home. I dont understand why they "renovated" but the floor looks like concrete in a old warehouse. Ive been to brand new walmarts which have a faux hardwood flooring type look. This concrete looking stuff just makes it seem that they arent done renovating... but arent they? also its all choppy and looks terrible. I just personally hate century 3 all around... giant mountain full of clutter.. you never know if u need to go left or right to get to your next desination & GPS is just as confused.. telling you to turn one way then make a u-turn 30 seconds later. /rant. ill stick with my 3 stars b/c stuff is usually in stock. my complaint is about the flooring and century 3, not the store in general... to be honest i usually head the entire opposite way to Waterworks.. its not even a superstore but its easy to locate without making 10 accidental wrong turns read more

Went to Wal-Mart today 7/28/19 to buy donuts on Sunday for my children. So I go donut counter to purchase a dozen donuts. Wal-Mart provides pre packaged donuts but I prefer to buy the donuts individually . When I get there there are no boxes for donuts no bags nothing. So if your looking to purchase donuts for your family go somewhere else. The reason I writing this is because it's not the first time this has happened, for me it will be my last. After spending more time in the nearby area I've been coming this location a lot for my daily needs. Yes Walmart always seems the same and yes it's busy or it's dead you never know when. But this location is a super center so it's more of a convenience to drive 20 minuets and get everything in one shot. This location I think personally has a big selection of things and carries the stock of other things that other Walmart's don't have or run out of. It's always pretty clean here from what I noticed and actually organized. Of corse you get it where there's a area there stocking but there's still room to fit in. This location is full size service departments so that's a plus. One thing that every Walmart can't seem to get right is the amount of employees working the cashier for the night crew. It always seems to be a pain in the butt to check out and if self check out is closed or down it's a complete nightmare. Overall I'll still continue to shop here because it's Walmart there everywhere it's always the same thing . read more

I ordered items online that were available for same day pick up. I ordered Sunday and I came to the store the next day , Monday. Typically the email said we will notify you when your items are ready for pick up. I ordered before 6pm so the items should be available the same day. I come to the location and there's no one at the Site to Store Pick up location. I press the keypad and I waited 10 minutes for an associate. I then am assisted by someone and she can't find the location for my order. Mind you I'm pressed for time as we always are. So they proceed to assist the person behind me who placed an order online Nov 30th and never received confirmation her order was ready. So I guess no one is going to find my items. This review is for the automotive center only! I had a flat tire on New Year's Day- happy new year to me! After having a spare tire put on to drive the car I called this Auto center to see if they had the type Of tire I needed- they were able to get me in that day (walk in only but still) when I arrived it took approx 2hrs because there were a few people ahead of me but after assessing my tires and what the safest option was they were sure to get me the best deal and I didn't feel like they were trying to rip me off or over sell me on anything! This is the worst walmart I have ever visited, the last 3 times it has gotten progressively worse. First off the wrong prices are on the shelves, alot of the items are fully stocked at the wrong spot like 2 spaces down from the empty area they should be. Two of the employees working the self checkouts were cussing at customer's and yelling at a 3rd for helping a gentleman who didn't speak English and wasn't sure how to checkout, then they strait left 4 of us who had blinking red lights and couldn't pay for 10 minutes until a manager came. The third girl who was being yelled at did try to help us off the clock but wasn't able to because she was clocked out and the self checkouts wouldn't except her code. There should be a limit on how many return transactions can be done by 1 customer before they have to go to the back of the line and wait in the line they created when they're bringing in a buggy half full of on-line returns (not employees fault he was the only one working). Waiting 30 minutes to do a 1 minute return was frustrating. read more
