I typically don't like to buy any items outside of medications at Walgreens since they tend to be a good bit higher than many local department stores, however they are very conveniently located, lots of parking, and never too busy. That being said, sometimes I just find myself here out of convenience. I usually wouldn't have thought to review a chain pharmacy, but my last two visits there changed my mind. On a recent change of insurance, it was brought to my attention by the pharmacist VIA telephone that one of my monthly scripts had a co-pay of roughly $100.00! Yikes! I said to put it on hold and I'd be in for the others. Upon my arrival she informed me she located a coupon on my behalf and the co-pay was now $0.00! And for the next year just a quarter of what it would have been without her dedication and assistance! So shout out to Walgreens, they have their customer service and the interests of their customers as their #1 priority...

I have NEVER had an issue with auto-refill; I have NEVER encountered a rude person working at the pharmacy. Sure, there are times when the line is long but, if there wasn't a line would you really want to go there? The worst time I had here was waiting in line to get my allergy medicine and pay for my bottle of hand soap and the "Pharmacist" who looks like the guys in those videos online where they are like 35 but live at home playing some game that has letters that everyone uses to talk about it like DND or WOW or some crap that in those videos is being recorded with their dad running over their game system/pc with a lawn mower or smashing it with a hammer and the dude just going into a total freak out and the Pharmacy Tech who was a middle aged maybe later Indian woman who looked pleasant and would talk in a low calm voice to everyone. So these two are locked in a fierce battle right at the counter and he is saying how stupid she is and how he doesn't even care because he will be gone the next day (from what I could tell he was like the traveling pharmacist for Wally hell) and with customers at the counter and in line these two are yelling at each other and calling each other names and it was one of the biggest cluster fs I have ever seen! I don't have time for all that and I treat everyone as I wish to be treated so that was enough for me not to go back to this pharmacy ever. The store itself is nice but the pharmacy NOPE!

I was in the area and stopped in at Keystone Pharmacy to get some OTC cough/ cold syrup for a relative. The person behind the counter was helpful. I'm not sure how often I will be returning here, but I think it's nice that it has the personal touch this pharmacy has and no self checkout.

It's small inside but they carry most everything one would need from a pharmacy with regard to over-the- counter medications and treatments. I did not realize they were closed on Saturdays, and I had a prescription there waiting to be picked up. I take responsibility for not knowing their hours, but the problem was I couldn't get it filled at another pharmacy because there was no way to cancel it out while the medicine shoppe was closed. I simply feel they should have a work around to cancel out prescriptions so they aren't preventing it from being filled elsewhere while they're closed. I communicated this as professionally and politely as I could, but Jamie felt the need to literally yell at me about my responsibility to know their hours. For the record, I agree, knowing their hours was my responsibility. Again, my concern is that they don't have any way to cancel prescriptions while they're closed so people can get it filled elsewhere. I'm really unsure why he felt the need to treat me that way, but I definitely recommend avoiding this pharmacy. It almost felt as if he was being judgmental and rude to me because of the medication I was filling, so I will never feel comfortable using them again. I have never felt this belittled by someone working with customers before.
