This trip to Walmart went very well. It was the Saturday before Easter and it was packed but we found parking without too much trouble. I was actually amazed at how clean this Walmart was! And how many employees I saw! We did not need assistance so I did not have any interactions but I've been to some Walmarts where you have to search for an employee. Prices were as expected, very good. Side note..most of my other trips to this Walmart have been successful and uneventful. However, there was one time that I was leaving the store and an altercation happened right outside the front door. It was loud, ugly and almost violent. It was also the middle of the day! I guess you should ALWAYS be aware of your surroundings but I really wish there would have been law enforcement there on that day. read more

This review is for the photo center. It was my first time using that service here and I am ECSTATIC! I went to the Walmart website and selected the design, uploaded a photo, clicked store pick up, and was able to pick up my order a few hours later. The photo service employee was friendly and able to find my order quickly. Got home to see the cards were printed on nice, thick cardstock, and each 4"x8" print was only 0.98! Can't beat 33 cents per card since each comes with three. I'm so excited to send them out to friends and family this year. read more

Did an online order for pickup this morning and when I got home discovered one of my items was missing. Went online and while you can do an online request for an exchange/refund there is nothing for a missing item. Tried calling 4 times this morning and after AI I was told they are transferring to an agent who never came to the line. Needless to say that I have wasted 4 times the amount of time it would have taken to go to the store dealing with this. Horrible experience and still not resolved. read more

Customer Service at this store is not worth any stars. Horrible customer service experiences almost EVERY. SINGLE. TIME. Patricia in the Money Center-- rude! She doesn't smile or greet you AT ALL!! I walked up, laid my "Wips paper down and said I want to pay x amount. "She sat there and stared at the "Wips" barcode/paper thing for literally 3 seconds and said "what is this?" Heck, I don't know, that's your freakin job. Scan the barcode is all they ever do and ask for my phone number now. Don't be rude to me cuz you can't freakin communicate right and you hate your job. Walmart you need to do better at hiring people in customer service positions who actually value customer service. read more

45 minute wait time for curbside pickup. You are very lucky if they get your order correct the first time. If you are messaged your order is ready ....don't believe it! All the employees from the "so called" manager to worker bees are full of excuses after excuses. "Out of stock" seems to be go to excuse. Or she a new girl, and the old one of your leaked and we had get you a whole new order at a snail's pace. But you are never compensated for the pain and misery. I gave them a chance but I'm done using their drive up pick up! Faster to go inside get what you want, the correct items, and do self check out... 30 minutes tops. read more

Ordered from wal mart.com thinking it would be delivered by fedx or usps, but was processed thru this store. showed delivered, which it was not, called wal mart.com they said to call, PICK UP AND DELIVERY directly which i did. was told they were busy, asked to speak to his supervisor, was told ALL 3 WERE NOT THERE TODAY ! and i would recieve a call back in about `10 minutes, of course almost 1 hour went by and no call back.so i called the store directly and someone finally was trying to help me, well she put me on hold, GUESS WHAT GOT DISCONNECTED NOT ONCE BUT 3 TIMES. read more

Go to this Walmart and then go down the road to Publix. OMG!! Like night and day. The Walmart workers are unfriendly and at times rude. They block the aisles and make no attempt to let customers by. I've had to turn around and go back the other way. I've said "good morning" to numerous employees and never get a response in return. We shop every week and item will be out of stock for 3-4 weeks! Only one register is open every week. Now go to Publix. As you enter you are greeted immediately! Everyone is friendly and offer assistance. Not that hard to do, but Walmart has never learned how to treat their customers. read more

Put in a pick up order at 2pm for a 7pm-8pm pick up. Was alerted through the ap that my order was delayed at 6:45p. No biggie, I could understand being busy. I work in a busy retail store and understand these things happen. What earned the one star was the horrible customer service I experienced when I called for a status update on my order around 7:45p. The first time I called, a woman picked up and transferred me to the pick up department. The phone rang for about 3 minutes before I hung up and tried again. Second time I spoke with a young lady and was told I would receive a call right back after she took my order number down. At 8:35p, I called again because I didn't receive a call back got transferred again and this time for a little angry on the phone with the representative. Again the phone rang for 3 minutes without answer and I hung up. I called back again, explained the situation and my frustration with not getting an update, then got in my car and headed for the store. I was still on hold when I approached a customer service very angry at this point. It was now 9pm. I finally got my order and an apology from the pick up associates loading my Groceries. I explained I wouldn't have been upset if someone had just set the proper expectations. This pick up service is meant to make life easier for folks like myself who lead busy lives. This experience was anything but easy and the staff need a lesson in communicating expectations and customer service. Will never use the service at this location again. Kroger has a great delivery service that gets to your home in under 2 hours! read more

Absolutely the worst Wal-Mart in middle GA. I don't shop at Wal-Mart often, I am a Kroger shopper 90% of the time. I only stop by if I am leaving work (which is right around the corner) and I really need something. No other stores on the way home that are convenient. Location is the only thing they have going for them for me. The customer service has been horrible when I have had to interact with them. And they have also denied manufacturer's coupons that are on the products that I am buying right there in the store. No other Wal-Mart, or any other store, has ever done that to me. read more

I came to this Walmart on Booth road a few days ago to order my grandsons birthday cake, I was checking to see if they made Minecraft birthday cakes. I was told they didn't which is fine so I asked the Associate behind the counter how much in advance I needed to give them so I could find out what my grandson would want. He told me with no problem that I could come in on Friday and have it by the next day which was Saturday because I told him I was doing the party on Saturday around 2. I was not told no time frame that needed to have it in by. I came in after I got off work around 6 - 6:30 on Friday. I went to the bakery. The associate Chris behind the counter which seemed to be doing nothing but standing around was real short with me. I asked about ordering the cakes. He told me I wouldn't be able to have them till Saturday night. I told him what I was told that I could come in on Friday but was not told I had to come in by a certain time. He kinda just shrugged me off like oh well. I spoke with one manager which was really sweet. She notified the bakery manager Michelle. All she could say was she would leave a note, but couldn't guarantee it because they may be busy even after I told her what I was told a few days before. My opinion is if they were that busy, why was I told I could come in on Friday and have it by Saturday. I could have already ordered the cake before now. Now I have to just buy and over the counter birthday cake for my 10 year old grandson. This is the 2nd issue I have had with this same Walmart. The customer service for most of the part is horrible, and after my experience with the manager tonight, I understand why the employees treat the customers this way, because they do nothing about it. When I left and looked over he was still just standing around not doing anything for a department that was so busy they turned a customer away after being told something different in the beginning. read more
