Every question I asked was answered with her huffing and puffing and rolling her eyes. She also spoke rudely to her staff as well from what I could see the short time I was in the store, they all seemed afraid to be around her. I was going to make a large purchase but ended up putting all of my items back and leaving the store. I am not going to spend my money in a place where I feel like I am bothering the manager. Maybe she was having a bad day, but that's no excuse to treat customers or staff as rude as Michelle did.

I went in today after seeing an ad on Instagram. My salesperson, Jamel, was very kind and knowledgeable regarding their product- 3 Step System. It's possible their system has its benefits, however it's not exactly what I was looking for nor was the price point what I expected. My quote was about $1,900!! I would be more comfortable with this price tag if these were custom designed or reviewed by a Podiatrist, not just a sales rep. They do have several payment options if you're interested. If you're in the market, check them out.

However this is not a shoe store which is what we were expecting. The salespeople were really nice and knew their stuff. But the issue arose when we realized it wasn't a shoe store and was for an insole system instead. They do not do returns but will exchange insoles as needed. For three insoles I was quoted $1,500. I told them I wasn't able to afford that and was told they could do a soft check on my credit. After looking up reviews online I learned that they give your information to a third party company that runs your credit. The people were wonderful, don't get me wrong but the product cost was unbelievable. We spent almost two hours in the store because it feels like a sales pitch and they try to get you to stay. Giving three stars because the staff were wonderful but I'd stay away unless you're explicitly looking for insoles, and be prepared they won't tell you a cost until the very end.

All I've wanted since I was 13 was pink hair, and I came in on the 18th to buy products to bleach and dye my hair. I asked for the assistance of a sales associate, bought $70 worth of products she recommended, and trusted her. In hindsight, I should've known something was wrong when she told me to buy a toner to remove brassy tones, only to then have me add a brassy "rose gold" color to my cart. I was too naive. Anyways, $70 later. SEVENTY. My hair is nowhere near the pink I've wanted for sooo long, but an unflattering strawberry blonde. The colors she told me to mix did not make pink at all, it didn't even look pink in the bowl, but I trusted her to a fault. I hate it so much, but I have to wait until my next paycheck to finish it. I wish I didn't have to go out looking like this, I feel so ugly. I'm never going back here. Please don't be as naive I was, they just want your money.
