I had a 5:00 PM appointment with Tracy for a gel full set and drove 30 minutes to get there. Despite having an appointment, I waited over an hour past my scheduled time to be serviced. What made it worse was watching Tracy take her time with the client before me. When I finally sat in her chair, I was then told to wait another 5 minutes so she could service TWO more clients for eyebrow appointments. I had already waited over an hour, but I agreed because I assumed that once she started my nails, she would take the time necessary to do a good job. That was NOT the case! I waited approximately another 10 minutes, and then my entire gel full set was rushed through in less than 10 minutes. Yes -- less than 10 minutes for a full set. I felt rushed, disregarded, and like my appointment was simply something to squeeze in between other customers. I drove 30 minutes and made an appointment because I expected my time to be respected and my service to receive the appropriate attention. If you are fully booked or unable to honor scheduled appointments, STOP accepting appointments you cannot properly accommodate. Customers should not have to wait over an hour, then be pushed back again for walk-in services, only to receive a rushed service once they finally get in the chair. I understand that salons get busy. I also understand that delays happen. But this was more than a normal delay -- my appointment was repeatedly pushed aside, and the actual service felt rushed because of it. Unfortunately, this was an awful experience from start to finish. The amount of time I waited versus the amount of time spent actually doing my nails was completely unacceptable. I will not be returning, and I would not recommend Tracy or this salon based on my experience.

I was asked if I wanted my nails cut down and my answer was yes. My toenails were cut before my foot ever touched any water. I'll be honest, my last pedicure was in April so the nails definitely needed cutting down. I think maybe she cut down the first two toes on each foot barely. I was not happy and told her I needed them cut down more. She said she couldn't cut them down more. I've never had anyone tell me that.
