On my last visit, I thought I recognized a lady who did my feet in the past. Today she comes to my station and I ask her name. It's definitely Ivy. But you know I proceed to ask did she have a shop in the old mall years ago to be sure. I am so glad to know she is here. The treatment she does to my feet is so awesome and unmatched. She cleans my cuticles and removes the ingrowns without hesitation. You can definitely tell an experienced pedicurist (If that's a word...If not I just made it up so add it to your dictionary). Her work is still the same. On every visit hence forth out there will be a requested technician...Ivy (Please & Thank You)! The guy was nice. I tipped him because he was nice. Although my finger nail looked a bit crooked. And he didn't fill them in all the way. I felt like I was being taken advantage of. I tipped him more than I should of. I left the nail salon starring at my nails and realized he didn't fill them In. I was confused. Now it's been a week and they look like they need a major fill in. The pedicure was awesome. But the fillin was horrible. She stayed on her phone...... doing my nails. The gel polish was horrible. After 2 days it cracked and bubbled. Called to talk to someone as I work in Atlanta and the person running it was always busy. EVERY NAIL LOOKED REALLY BAD AFTER 2 DAYS. IT'S GEL POLISH I gave up trying to get help. They literally took money from me. I walked in to get my nails done along with a pedicure. When I walked in, I was greeted and I talked to the first person about the color. The second person I spoke to ask me what services I wanted, I specifically asked for their classic pedicure with additional $5 for callous treatment. My nails were a fill-in acrylic. There was a problem when Jack scraped to where you could see blood on the middle finger. He apologized for scraping to close. He seemed like he had manners and professional. I wonder if that was because he knew he was going to overcharge me. When I got to the register, my bill came to $100 and I asked why. She told me I have gel on my feet. I told the person that took my card my feet did not have gel on them prior. She said that's because it was scraped off. I do not put gel on my feet because it is a waste of time for me. I did not see what Jack did. I honestly don't know what I paid for. I believe they felt like they could do that because I am an older woman and I was not looking my best. No matter how I look, I should be the one responsible for spending the money I work hard to make. Be careful going into this establishment. read more

If I could review lower, I would. I went with a friend today. They took my friend immediately and when she asked for a design they told her it would cost 10 extra dollars to do designs on TWO NAILS, they said making her total 50 dollars. In the end, They charged her 60 bucks! We have no idea where the extra 10 dollars came from. I, on the other hand, waited AN HOUR. The place was practically empty and I saw multiple open nail artist who were doing nothing. I ended up not even getting my nails done because they took so long. read more

I do not recommend this salon because they do not stand behind their work. At 9 days the gel polish had completely faded away. They offered for me to pay another $15 after I had already paid $45. Thanks but no thanks. Too many other salons in this town to go back to this one. read more
