Convenient location. Nice and beautiful and clean. I was a walk in for a pedicure, and i was seated right away. No wait on a Friday. My nail tech was Tina, and she was very thorough and sweet. I loved the ambiance. I do feel they are a bit pricey, and i wasn't offered anything to drink even though i saw others with beverages. I wanted to get SNS dip with tips. I was rushed to find a color. Then I asked for almond shape nails. The lady was extremely ruf on my nails. made me bleed multiple times. Then over charged me by $30 for "the shape." Underneath my nails are stuck to my skin from the amount of glue and also she didn't wait for them to dry so I have smudges all over the finial gloss. I Decided to come here and treat myself on my only day off not even 2 weeks ago.. I'll give it 2 stars only because the decor is really nice. I thought I was going to have a nice, relaxing & luxurious appointment because that's the vibes this salon gives off.. upon arrival I was told I would have to wait because I was a walk in, which is understandable. I was off that day so I wasn't in a rush. I was just there to get pampered. When it's finally my turn, the person doing my nails was named Tim I believe. (Do not recommend). I asked for short French tip nails, but instead of white tips I wanted them to be silver chrome. Something I thought would be easy & simple but I guess not.. I'll insert the inspo pic I was going for the color. As time goes on and he's doing my nails, I realized he made my nails SUPER short. I like them short, not mini. And he painted the tips white only and so when I told him that's not what I wanted, he told me that he couldn't do the chrome tips because they didn't have that color... how do you not have that color when I picked it out? .... The girl at the front said it was gonna be $20 extra for chrome polish.. which is crazy by itself but whatever, I was there to pamper myself & that's what I wanted so whatever. So after Tim tells me that he can't do my nails because he doesn't know how to do chrome tips, I had to wait on someone else to come over and finish his work. I was there over 2 hours at this point so I was over it. She finished my nails but it still wasn't how I wanted them to be. This place is very nice. And you would think for what they're charging people, the quality of service would match the prices but it doesn't. This place is nice and very aesthetically pleasing, quality of service not so much. No way my short French tip nails came out to be more than 100$ just for them to be breaking off not even 2 weeks later. 10/10 DO NOT RECOMMEND. I took my little sister, we waited, and waited a little more. A nail tech came put her set on, and then told someone would come finish her set. 52 minutes later someone started to complete her set after I asked to speak to someone. We should have been told we had a wait, and told this BEFORE he glued the set to her fingers. We could have had a "choice" if told the wait time to come back or stay but we couldn't walk out with nails already glued to her fingers. COMMUNICATION PLEASE. read more

The manager, Tracy is extremely rude! After I signed in and sat waiting to be serviced she approached me to tell me that I was unable to get a service that I'd received before. I replied that I would speak with nail technician that I usually does my nails on how I'd like to proceed, she again tells me that I am unable to receive the service, and I again tell her that although I hear what she is saying, I would discuss how I'd like to proceed with the person I actually have an appointment with. She begins to speak over me for the third time...telling me that it was her business and huffs, rolls her eyes and storms away. I have seen her be unprofessional and demeaning to her staff in the past, which is unacceptable, and is equally unacceptable to be unprofessional and demeaning to a paying customer who didn't come to be serviced by her. If you do not want to be spoken to as if you are a child, DO NOT patronize M Vince. But if you must be serviced here, DO NOT request Tracy! Update to respond to Christine N.: My appointment was scheduled for 3pm and I arrived at 2:40pm. I was NOT LATE and your reply DOES NOT address my concern with the RUDE manager, Tracy. I've read the reviews and based on my personal experience I can't agree with the negative ones. Not saying those views are NOT valid because we have all had bad experiences at some point in time...I have only used one nail tech here and each experience has been great! Jimmy is my guy. He listens to my requests and does exactly what I ask for. He will not let me leave if I'm not satisfied. He has been in the business over 30 years and has the technique down to a science. I selected my service using the iPad in the front which printed a receipt for the MV spa pedicure ($55 value), which includes a mask, extended massage, hot towel wrap, and polish. Despite the tech cutting the skin and causing one of my toes to bleed, she was polite. The "mask" was more of an exfoliating scrub that she rubbed onto each leg and then washed off. Other places masks are a smooth consistency and then you're wrapped in plastic and sit for a while. This didn't happen for me. After washing off the "mask" she proceeded to massage my right leg with lotion after 2-3 minutes she switched to the left leg for another 2-3 minutes totaling 5-6 minutes max. This package called for an extended massage, which I did not feel like I received. Assuming the tech gave the wrong pedicure I explained these differences to her when she gave me the bill. She referred me to the manager. The manager approached me with a rude attitude stating that I was incorrect about the timing and that I'd been there for a long time. I told him that if he didn't believe me he could check the cameras. He decided to go to the back with the tech and check the cameras. I was completely flabbergasted that he actually went to check the tape instead of believing and respecting the customer. While I waited, I paid the receptionist the full $55 bill and left a tip for the tech that cut my toe. Unfortunately, the manager never returned from the back to apologize or admit that I did not receive the proper services or massage. Instead, the tech came to the desk and told me that the manager said to give me 20% off the bill that I'd already paid. read more

We came in here for a mini spa day and although they prefer to go by appointments we walked in and it didn't take too long at all to get our pedis started. The service was very good, the atmosphere super chic and clean and we had some amazing mimosas that were well worth the extra $$. read more

Worse pedicure I have received. Very little effort to do the very basics. After getting home and looking at my feet, I was disappointed at the lack of cleaning of the cuticles and callus. I received gel polish and I have polish on my skin and my nails are not even filed neatly. I do not enjoy leaving reviews like this but my most recent visit to this salon was absolutely one of the worst displays of customer service I have ever experienced. My mother, aunt, and I made an appointment in advance for 3 pedicures and 1 full set. We arrived a few minutes prior to the appointment we signed in and were escorted to the high-back chairs in the middle of the salon, not the nice plush massage chairs. The tech that did my aunts pedicure was so fast. She was done in 10 minutes. She did not do a good job. The tech that did my pedicure quarreled with other employees while doing my pedicure, which was a very uncomfortable situation. I received a less-than-mediocre pedicure and that's being polite. My mother has a genetic eye disease that has left her with limited vision. I only mention this because she was left sitting in the chair, while the nail Tech walked away after telling my mother to get out of the chair so the next person could sit there. Well, with my mother's vision being limited she bumped her toes on the bowl, trying to scale out of the chair. This infuriated the nail Tech she was extremely upset! She did fix the polish on my mother's toes but was a little hostile about it making my mother feel bad as if she did something wrong! Needless to say, all three of us left disappointed. I myself am infuriated by how my mom was treated. The bad pedicures I could overlook but how my mother was treated was absolutely uncalled for. We will never return to this salon. Oh and the full set was never done....I ended up going to a different salon down the road and received stellar service. read more

The worst pedicure experience of my life. The customer service was terrible as soon as I walked in. Who wants to be greeted by a grumpy receptionist at an "upscale spa"?? I ordered and paid for a specific pedicure that included an extended massage. I didn't even get a massage. I got a mask lotion rubbed onto my legs and then wiped off with a hot towel. Nothing about it was a massage. Not to mention the rough skin on my feet wasn't even addressed. Isn't that the whole point of a spa pedicure? All in all, this place is terrible. Overpriced. If I could give zero stars, I would. Right off the bat, the receptionist was rude and seemed like she hated working there. Next, one of the nail techs kept making a fuss about the rules and where their carts were supposed to go (apparently on the left), and she was extremely unprofessional by getting onto my tech, and another tech across the room, right in front of the customers currently getting their nails done (issues between employees should not be handled on the floor in front of clients). I also had gel polish applied to my nails, which was an additional $20 (WTF) added onto my pedicure price - the menu stated $47 for the pedicure and nothing about a $20 additional charge for gel. PLUS the tech used all kinds of oils and lotions on my toes prior to applying the gel which has resulted in me paying $67 for a pedicure that's peeling off my toes within hours. I will absolutely not be back, and I'll make sure my friends know of the worst pedicure experience I've ever had. Do not recommend. read more

I have visited this salon twice. Once for a full set and once for fill in and pedicure. My nails are all falling off and you can see under the nail where it is coming loose. My first visit the Kathy was in a rush to get done... there was glue left under the nail and the set was very uncomfortable plus my cuticles were bleeding. You could start to see where the nail was coming loose before time to get a fill in. I told Tonya I wasn't happy with the way Kathy done my nails... asked her to fix them... they weren't fixed. The acrylic is still cracked. Today, 2 of my nails have popped off. This company needs to worry more about it's nail techs and their capabilities than drink services and accommodations. I'm shocked more people don't know about this place yet, because it's absolutely wonderful! It has a super sleek, polished look inside, and everything is really clean. Everyone is really friendly and they even had a cute drink menu with a wide assortment of options available. Don (manager) did my gel pedicure and I will be making more appointments with him because he did a great job, paying attention to detail and asking if everything was okay.
