Received a manicure (powder/dip) from John and a pedicure from Linda. Both did a fantastic job. I would have given this salon 5 stars had it not been for Linda's behavior. I would not allow Linda to be my tech again. She was trying to upsell me too hard. She kept trying to push gel polish on me. I said no, yet she tried several more times, it was annoying and offensive. Then she tried to sell me on waxing. I told her I'm allergic to wax, she then told me that putting Vaseline on afterwards would help. Excuse me, is she a doctor? She tried to upsell my pedicure service as well. Lastly, I repeatedly told her not to cut my cuticles. And first she said, "a little bit". I said "no, none". Then I caught her three times trying to cut them! I was so aggravated with her. Between her not listening to my wants and listening to her sob story about how much she is struggling as a single mother, she definitely sucked the relaxation out of my appointment. I came to Spa Nails after a student in one of my classes recommended it to me. I regular pedicure costs $30, and after adding a 20% tip my total was $36. Located in a old commercial area, this nail salon is super sleek! Everything inside was clean, friendly staff and priced reasonably. Considering I pay about 35 dollars a pedicure in CA, when they told me a pedi was $16, that is a steal! Their chairs are comfortable, I love massage chairs and the staff was attentive and the nail color selection is awesome. They have everything from OPI, Essie, and China Glaze. They also offer gel/shellac, which is something to try if you want your nail polish to stay longer (2-3 weeks), however it must be removed at a nail salon (requires a nail soak). I would definitely come back to this place again. The only draw back, they are kind of understaffed. If more than 3 customers come in, they start to rush on your nails. read more

I mean the end product is nice! But not for the price. I was getting acrylic removed and a simple mani. They pushed me to get a volcano pedi since it was my birthday and made it seem like it was going to be discounted or something bad on my part that I didn't ask how much. (65$) I then agreed to get a neck massage and shoulder and it was really painful. The girl doing my pedi cut me and I started bleeding so we had to hold a cotton ball down to stop the bleeding. Came here for a pedicure with my boyfriend and enjoyed it. I got the deluxe pedicure and the massage that came with it was very nice but it was $60. They also didn't hand me a sheet with all the prices on it and ignored when I asked for one. It was a nice pedicure but definitely not worth $60. The building is super updated, clean, and appealing; definitely not one of those cheap looking salons. The staff was very polite and although my finger got a small cut from a file they were very apologetic and caring. I've been getting acrylics done here for a few weeks and they're nice, pretty average, but after about a week and a half the clear coat has chipped off and twice the acrylic has chipped in the sides but I'm pretty rough with my hands so it could just be me. My experience is they are racist. U never get what u pay for. Even after asking them to let me soak so for feet are soft as usual they won't let you soak but will push u to buy something to help the scrub. Soaking makes the skin soft and it comes rite off but I guess they want it to be hard so u come back asap. Last time and I see this time I will have to go home and scrub my feet after paying them to do it. I told the mail text don't shave my real mail because I'm growing the out and again he shaved them down just like last time and I keeeeeep stoppin him but he keep doing it and the same lady did my feet dose the same thing I keep asking can I soak and get soft and she keep goin but try to sell me something. I won't be spending money here again they talk about you while your sitting rite in their face. It's gross. Beware. The place looks nice but the service for me a brown girl is never good. I waited for almost an hour before I was taken to the pedicure chairs where I sat for another 25 min with my feet in the water before anyone came over. In their defense it was the Friday before Easter Sunday. That aside the lady seemed to have a short temper and a bit of an attitude about how I held my legs lol. Then when she put the tips on for my full set they didn't touch my nails in the middle, making them flimsy. I figured maybe that's the way she does them. She finished the gel polish bubbled in several places and she also cut me with the drill 3 times and once with the file while she was filing them. She charged me 98$ for pedicure with regular polish full set with stiletto nails and gel polish and my eyebrows waxed. I tipped her 10$ Saturday evening two nails broke! Sunday 2 more broke! By Monday I had 4 nail left! Will be returning tomorrow to have them fixed by someone else!!!! read more

Got a pedi and full set. The next day one of my nails broke and I was washing dishes. Not good and then I noticed she did not take off alot of callous on my feet. They were soft the first day but dry the next. The staff that did my feet and nails pushed gel polish heavy until I said absolutely not paying for that. Then she quickly painted my nails and they weren't even dry and she was pushing me out the door. Also the next day noticed my right foot big toe hurts so I guess she did not take off enough of the corner of the nail. Won't be going back. Visiting in Macon and my nails were in terrible shape. Was going to Publix on Tom Hill and saw the sign "Spa Nail". Well, I was just going to check it out, then noticed how clean and shiny everything was, decided to give it a try! Holly showed me the way, taking great care of me. Wow!! Let me tell you, this is the BEST pedi I have ever had and I travel across the US! I got the deluxe package ($40. great price) and Holly was so careful, however, when she massages you feet and legs, this tiny thing can make you sit up, was glorious! I am late 60's so my feet and legs are usually tired. NO More!! Decided she was so good with pedi would go to nails. Same excellent job and then some. Please go and check this out, ask for Holly and you will not be disappointed. They all seem to care a great deal about their work and environment, there were 6 staff and all were busy. read more

I went to Spa Nail for a manicure with my three friends. The business was understaffed, and as a result, they rushed on our nails. When doing the manicure, they cut me and made my cuticle bleed. They also cut one of my friends. Additionally, they were sloppy and got nail polish all over my fingers. My manicure barely lasted 5 days before it was chipping and had started to come off. The business looks beautiful and sleek, and the manicure was reasonable, but that is irrelevant when the experience is painful and the outcome is not up to par. read more

The well manicured environment and kind smiles are an act to over charge you of services rendered. The first time I considered this error a mistake, however when this occurred on more than one occasion as well as after overhearing a guest complain about the same problem, i realize this was common practice. Worst place ever. Their pedicures are more expensive than anyone elses and they skip steps and do not massage... more like rubbing in lotion. Then I get my eyebrows waxed and they basically take off my whole eyebrow! It is really terrible looking. They have been opened for a long time how can you think that looks right!? They barely apologize and basically tell me that it is medium. If they took anymore off I wouldnt have an eyebrow! I get mine waxed every two weeks you can tell where to wax it.
