I love getting my wax done there. It's always welcoming and everyone is nice. The staff is always wonderful to be around. They are always there if you need advice or questions. I been to wax strips about roughly 1 year and everytime wonderful experience. If you are first timers and wondering about different services they are great at guiding on which would be the perfect service for you, and how to do the after care. Even if you just want to do it for a bucket list or trying it out, I would 10/10 recommend to try the wax strip. I go the one by Wesleyan College, but are many in Macon, GA. Service was super fast and the ladies were so sweet and friendly! Everything was sanitary and well-organized. They give you all the information you need regarding before, during, and after the wax process. They're quick and efficient, professional and know what to say and do. I had a great experience! This was my first time getting waxed "down there", and my waxer was great. I have already forgotten her name, but she is at the Wax Strip in Macon and has red curly hair. She was awesome at making me feel comfortable through the whole process. As for the waxing, she did awesome. Their facilities are clean, the staff members are very courteous and are knowledgable in what they are doing. Today I had my eyebrows and neck done and Tiara, the person who did my procedure was very kind and maintained a nice line of conversation while working on me. I went in very nervous about it because it was my first time getting a wax and I relayed that to the receptionist. Not only did she ensure me that it wouldn't be as bad as people has made it sound, she made sure that I had a waxologist lol that would reassure me every step of the way. The only place I'll go for a brazilian! I have tried 2 places in Savannah (I commute back and forth between there and Macon), which both proved to be incredibly painful and take an hour. The Wax Strip takes literally FIFTEEN MINUTES for a full brazilian! I have never had a rash or any problems. It is great service and a great experience every time. Ive been going here since 2021 when I first started getting waxed. Every time I come the staff is always SO nice and pleasant!! I notice I talk a lot more when the services start to kind of distract from the pain and the staff are great at conversation as well. Today for my Brazilian and underarm wax I had Roxy and she was great! As long as I'm in Macon, I'll always be a customer here! read more

My service was performed by Bri (Bree) unsure of the spelling. This was my 1st experience with her. She was very nice and friendly. Ok guys. The older we get the longer our hair gets in the ears and nose. Despite waxing is mostly for women I disagree. I wear earring aids and hair gets in the way of it fitting right. This fixes the problem. The nose was done just to get the gray hair out. Try it. I think you'll like it. That's also to Bri for your great service helping me. read more

Great place to get a Wax. Very clean and pleasant. You may have to wait a little bit due how busy the are but the chairs are comfortable and I enjoy talking with other customers. They always check in regards to allergies and skin treatments even if you see the same person just to be sure nothing has changed. Only place i will go. read more
