Thankfully, I deactivated my debit card and got a new one to avoid being charged another month because I don't trust them. It is ridiculous that I had to do all of this instead of them being a decent, reputable company. Apparently, this is a habit with this business, based on reviews I recently read. It's sad, because she works alone and it's simply because she's just a horrible person to work with or for.
