I watched young employees become stressed and upset, and I noticed several new employees disappear after only a short time. That gave me the impression that the workplace has a high turnover and isn't a positive environment. It also appeared that some employees were treated differently than others. As a customer, I also felt like the main priority was making money. The prices are very expensive, and calling it a "wellness" salon feels misleading to me. Other than red light therapy, it mostly seemed like a regular tanning salon with premium pricing. I've also had interactions with employees who came across as rude, which only added to the negative experience. I'd rather support businesses that value both their employees and their customers. She responded that she didn't have anything for the entire month of August. So was I was supposed to get my fill-in on the 5th of August and then not have another appointment until September...? How am I supposed to keep them looking good? For those that don't know, you're supposed to get them filled in every 2 weeks, maybe 3 if you absolutely have to. I'm posting today on the 30th, about a week and a half after my initial full set, and my lashes are already in desperate need of a fill in. Why did she volunteer her services if she didn't have the availability to take care of me as a customer long term? I posted screenshots of our conversation. It just feels like she took my money for vacation or to pad her pockets with no intention of being able to keep up with fill ins every 2 weeks. If you have the type of schedule that allows you to book multiple appointments out for 2-3 months- Crystal is your girl! I chose the natural look. She let me choose the length of the lashes, but I was clueless so I let her use her professional expertise to decide. Overall I am very happy with the lashes and service. They are a tad bit longer than I like but I've had them for about 2 weeks now and have experienced very little shedding. They are the most lightweight and comfortable lashes I have ever worn. I actually couldn't feel the lashes at all, there was no transition period. I highly recommend Crystal and I will be a repeat customer when in the area.
