the facility was very nice, the beds were nice and the girl at the front desk was amazing. I bought an expensive package for a month. I went in the first day but then had a medical issue and an area on my body got infected. I called the facility the very next day and asked if I could either get a refund or a trade in for spray tan instead of beds the girl at the front desk was very nice and called the manager and then called me back and said no they cannot and there was no explanation as to why. I then since I only went once if I could give the rest of my sessions to a and once again, the front desk called the manager, and she said no, and gave no other explanation all of this the girl desk said the she would call me. It's been three days and she hasn't called me once I've worked at a tanning salon before and I know how these packages work. It could've been totally doable to transfer my services to another girl, but instead management ignored me and just said no with no reason as to why. again, this place is nice and the staff very nice and friendly, but poor management. read more

I'm really happy with my experience here so far. I drive 15 mins each way just to get to this place because there isn't a tanning salon nearby. They actually change their bulbs in a timely fashion and after laying in all beds, they all work fantastic! I've never had to wait on a bed which has been great. I'm sure it'll get busier as prom season approaches but I'm really enjoying this place so far and looking forward to renewing my membership :) read more

This salon is the BEST! They have a variety of beds for everyone's needs. The beds and facility are always clean. The staff know what they are talking about with whatever package or lotion questions you may have. They will take the time to give suggestions on how to save you money based on your individual needs. Chris is amazing and has trained the group at the Locust Grove location spot on! If you want an awesome tan in a clean facility with amazing employees then QTAN Locust Grove is where you need to tan. Clean and calming atmosphere. I always enjoy getting my tan on at Q Tan. Staff is friendly and helpful. Staff greets you upon arriving. The beds are hot!! They offer many packages -always have specials / deals so you get the most out of your money. Best in town!! I recommend if you are into tanning try Q Tan. read more

Spray tan was awful. Turned out very streaky with a lot of splotchy areas. Don't waste your money.

My first time laying in a tanning bed so I was super nervous and had no clue what to do, the ladies at the desk were SO sweet and helpful! She made sure I had a nice level and a good amount of time so I wouldn't burn, helped me with products I needed, and made the experience so much easier. read more

I cannot speak to the actual tanning beds as I swore them off years ago because of my fear of cancer, but I was very excited to see the billboard for Courtney's spray-on tans. Admittedly, I haven't done a ton of research on spray tans in McDonough. I just thought I'd have to drive into Atlanta to get one worth anything, but I was wrong. Courtney is SUPER nice and great at what she does! I've gotten two tans from her, and she's done her best to work with my schedule despite being totally slammed. She even squeezed me in the day before Henry County's prom (I had no idea it was prom weekend) so that I could have some color for my family photos. She only charges $25 for each session, and she's really quick. I'm in and out in no time. read more

Q-Tans is the best tanning salon I've ever been to. If I'll drive from Griffin (Which we have plenty of Tanning Places) to Locust Grove....it must be good. The prices are awesome and the staff is always friendly and helpful. read more
