I went in the first day but then had a medical issue and an area on my body got infected. I called the facility the very next day and asked if I could either get a refund or a trade in for spray tan instead of beds the girl at the front desk was very nice and called the manager and then called me back and said no they cannot and there was no explanation as to why. I then since I only went once if I could give the rest of my sessions to a and once again, the front desk called the manager, and she said no, and gave no other explanation all of this the girl desk said the she would call me. It's been three days and she hasn't called me once I've worked at a tanning salon before and I know how these packages work. It could've been totally doable to transfer my services to another girl, but instead management ignored me and just said no with no reason as to why. again, this place is nice and the staff very nice and friendly, but poor management.

The look and feel was more European than Fayette, but in a good way. To stand out as a a reimagined place for health & wellness, and shift away from old perceptions, they offer top notch ambience and service, while keeping it affordable. I tried the place out because I met the owner at networking event for local business owners & entrepreneurs. She explained she was a new owner, passed out passess for a free salt bath. Never tried that before. The flyer said it was good for coughs and respiratory stuff. I had a lingering cough from a cold, thought why not. It definitely helped. My family and I have been loyal clients of your facility since 2021, and over the years, we have enjoyed a variety of services, including yoga classes, massage therapy, and halotherapy. However, our recent experiences have left us increasingly frustrated, and I feel compelled to formally raise this concern once again. In May, I reported that the adult halotherapy room was experiencing significant issues. The room had noticeable wear and tear, an unpleasant odor, and the fan was malfunctioning, which led to the halotherapy treatment not functioning as expected. Typically, when the room is operating correctly, the salt is dispersed effectively, and it is even noticeable in taste and scent. Unfortunately, during my session, this was not the case, and I was left disappointed. Despite these concerns, the front desk staff were courteous and responsive. I was not charged, and offered additional sessions, but what point does it make to give me sessions in a room that does not work? Unfortunately, upon our return today, we found that the situation had not improved and impacts the kids' room as well. While the staff was friendly, we were informed that the halotherapy generator was still not functioning properly. The staff member explained that the generator had been malfunctioning since last week, which is consistent with the information I was provided back in May. Initially, she tried to play it as if the generator shut off. I kindly asked her to not lie, and said this seems to be an ongoing issue. It wasn't until I spoke up that the charge was waived for today's visit. At this point, I am concerned that this issue may reflect a deeper problem with how the business is being managed. It is disheartening to waste time or to pay for services that are not being delivered as advertised, especially given the extended period of time that this issue has persisted. Given the ongoing nature of the problem and the lack of resolution, I kindly request a refund for the remaining sessions in my account. We have given your facility several months to resolve the issue, but it seems clear that no action has been taken to restore the halotherapy service to its intended quality. I trust you understand the importance of addressing this matter promptly and look forward to hearing from you soon with a resolution. Thank you for your attention to this matter.

I explained the situation to the receptionist about me flying in and leaving the following morning. I then requested they add me to the end of the schedule. The receptionist stated she would be unable to do that because Michelle was leaving early. I then sent an email to the address the receptionist provided requesting the email be forwarded to Michelle and Dr. Feldman for reimbursement of my flight costs. I was looking to get a facial last minute. I had called a few established places on a Saturday and…read moreby no surprise they were booked. I called the sKyn Kurist and luckily she was able to fit me in right away. The spa is located in some kind of studio setting building. Businesses rent a studio styled room. It's very clean and cute in the lobby. I was greeted by Aisha with kindness and a big smile. She was very sweet and professional. I booked a microdermabrasion facial. When we got started I was distracted by the choice of music she had playing. It was R&B music, not your typical spa like music. It through me off guard as I wanted to relax. By the mood of the music she had playing it felt more of a hangout. However I still was open minded to the facial as I haven't received one in a while. I was excited to get my skin cleaned and walk out with glowing skin. When it came time to steam my skin I could tell her steamer wasn't high quality as it wasn't powerful as I'm use to. It's felt as if it was barely steaming my face. It also felt it was steaming one side of my face and not as a whole. Microdermabrasion machine didn't have suction. It's suppose to feel somewhat similar to a vacuum. It was scraping my skin with no suction. Extractions are included in this facial and I recieved a few on each side of my cheeks. Not on my nose, or chin. Two very crucial parts of the face to get extractions. Whenever she placed products on my skin, she had on some type of latex gloves on. The smell of the products mixed with the gloves made a foul smell. By the time the facial was over I looked over my skin in the mirror and I noticed a slight glow. I wasn't glowing as normally expected. I feel I was only glowing due to all the products she had put on my skin . I will say my dark circles seem to have disappeared due to the eye cream she had used. I left her establishment feeling disappointed as the facial wasn't a relaxing experience and my skin was hardly glowing . Two days later, my skin is completely dull, not silky, pores still clogged on my nose and chin. I'm extremely disappointed and frustrated that I feel I wasted money on a service that didn't meet my expectations . I am also upset I chose a place that didn't have reputable reviews. I want to add that I have prior experience and have worked in the skin care industry. I have received plenty of facials in my time to know what should be expected in a facial service.
