I left letters at the salon, called weekly, etc., and the owner never contacted me. After 2 months of no resolution, I had to file a dispute with my bank. Thankfully, I deactivated my debit card and got a new one to avoid being charged another month because I don't trust them. It is ridiculous that I had to do all of this instead of them being a decent, reputable company. Apparently, this is a habit with this business, based on reviews I recently read.
