I left letters at the salon, called weekly, etc., and the owner never contacted me. After 2 months of no resolution, I had to file a dispute with my bank. Thankfully, I deactivated my debit card and got a new one to avoid being charged another month because I don't trust them. It is ridiculous that I had to do all of this instead of them being a decent, reputable company. Apparently, this is a habit with this business, based on reviews I recently read. I should have checked the reviews first. Do not visit this business unless you want to worry about getting ripped off.

I've now got uneven layers, choppy sections that don't fit and highlighted blonde to stand out and show how uneven they are, uneven sides underneath that make one side appear too thick and one too thin, and she colored DARK brown at my neck which I specifically didn't ask for, and it highlights the uneven haircut even more. It's a nightmare to try to fix and definitely wasn't worth the nearly $300 I paid for what equated to a poorly executed Great Clips haircut. How she saw this haircut and thought she did a decent job is beyond me. I even complained about it at the end and she said to live with it for a few days then let her know if I wasn't happy, but I'm not going back to pay MORE for her to fix this atrocious mess she made.
