From what I personally observed, employees were often spoken to in ways that seemed disrespectful and unprofessional. I watched young employees become stressed and upset, and I noticed several new employees disappear after only a short time. That gave me the impression that the workplace has a high turnover and isn't a positive environment. It also appeared that some employees were treated differently than others. As a customer, I also felt like the main priority was making money. The prices are very expensive, and calling it a "wellness" salon feels misleading to me. Other than red light therapy, it mostly seemed like a regular tanning salon with premium pricing. I've also had interactions with employees who came across as rude, which only added to the negative experience. I'd rather support businesses that value both their employees and their customers. Based on everything I've experienced and observed, I won't be returning...

I went in the first day but then had a medical issue and an area on my body got infected. I called the facility the very next day and asked if I could either get a refund or a trade in for spray tan instead of beds the girl at the front desk was very nice and called the manager and then called me back and said no they cannot and there was no explanation as to why. I then since I only went once if I could give the rest of my sessions to a and once again, the front desk called the manager, and she said no, and gave no other explanation all of this the girl desk said the she would call me. It's been three days and she hasn't called me once I've worked at a tanning salon before and I know how these packages work. It could've been totally doable to transfer my services to another girl, but instead management ignored me and just said no with no reason as to why. again, this place is nice and the staff very nice and friendly, but poor management.

They always do such a great job. I will definitely be using them for a long time. It's hard to find a place that cuts hair that can get a military haircut right(unless you're near a base), but they get a medium fade right every time. I don't have a lot of facial hair, but Anna does very good job at trimming beards as well. And the Salon portion of the building stays busy with happy customers as well.

Finally Found My Forever Tanning Salon!!!…read more After my favorite Designer Tan location in McDonough closed, I was honestly disappointed with the salon that replaced it. The prices were much higher for the same equipment, and the customer service just wasn't the same. That's what led me to start coming to the Ola location, and I'm so glad I did even for a further drive. From the moment you walk in, the staff is genuinely welcoming and kind!! The staff and owners take the time to get to know their customers making every visit feel personal instead of rushed.... They never make you feel pressured to buy anything they simply educate you on the different beds, lotions, and memberships so you can choose what works best for you. The salon is always clean, organized, and efficient. I'm consistently in and out without long wait times, which I really love the most. They recently updated their membership options, and they're an incredible. I also love their selection of lotions and the membership discounts they offer. Their spray tans always turn out beautifully, and I've never had a bad experience here. I can't recommend Designer Tan enough. It's the kind of local business that makes you want to keep coming back.

You also DO NOT receive a pay stub even when you request one!! The female owner degrades and curses out employees for things out of their control. Such as Tanning beds messing up, Computer or Wifi issues, etc. There is no promotion system by any means. I was told upon hire that I would get a raise within 3 months. After 3 months , I was then informed that a promotion happens after a year. For $8.00. You will most definitely do things NOT in your job description. The worst part of all is the owners and manager who treat you and speak to you with no regard to your emotions.

It didn't say that at all on the text they sent me. Anyway, ok, whatever, I'll just do a walk in. Asked how much for a one time walk in and the girl, with a straight face, said $51. For a one time visit walk in when 4 days ago it would have been free? Ok, humor me, what's the next level down bed price? $10 cheaper. No freaking way! What makes me so mad is that there are 4 other tanning places 10 minutes down the street that are a third of this price, but I came here for the free visit, which was a complete waste of gas, and because they are open later and no where else was open at the time i could go. I dont care who make your beds, or if you are corporate, how about either put an expire date on a gift you give away on your website so as to not waste people's time, or honor it because i am not a mind reader on your marketing team goals and rules, or lower the freaking price!
