The manager is super professional with excellent follow-up. This store is organized and clean - I have never seen things strewn about like I have at some other metro Atlanta locations. This is my go-to store for just about any household item. I have found so many great things here over the years: unique lamps, accent tables, wall art, cushions, and other decor; good deals on limited edition perfumes, great-smelling imported soaps and beauty items; great deals on sexy dresses, professional suits, shoes and handbags; an array of electronic and phone accessories, automotive and pet supplies, toys, journals, dishware, glasses, kitchen gadgets, linens, bathroom accessories; and a plethora of some of the best organizing containers I've seen/acquired. Their prices often beat Amazon and even eBay. Also, they are open late. When I need something after the mall has closed, after Marshalls, TJ Maxx, and even Target have closed, Ross is still open. What's not to love? But they (register #1)said I had to purchase it in order to hold I mentioned if someone could help me load it I wouldn't have to leave it and they said they should have somebody help if i purchased it by talking about the guy who helped me bring it to the front who was my same build . The line was wrapped nearly around the store. So by the time I got to check out I was at register 2. I realized after I said hello and heard nothing back She had a scowl on her face But her buddy came in for his shift and she was perky and gave him a greeting. Since the guy who initially helped me retrieve the rug was back on the register and guy #2 just walked in doing nothing at the time, I mentioned maybe she could hold him for just a second So that once I paid he could help load. She proceeded to mutter something and she d*** sure didn't offer to get her big a** from out of the register to go help me get my rug And bluntly said I had to get it handle it do everything myself. I can see how a lot of people would say that's my purchase. I need to handle it, But it went from a kind request and cooperation to absolute shitshow with this woman. She flat out ignored her co worker that leaned over one foot from her to talk , She claimed the earbud in her ear quit working, Which had nothing to do with somebody one foot away talking. And then she said her ear quit working also So I manhandled the rug and got it over to her and she held her hand up high like she couldn't touch it, I told her that was as close as it's gonna get if she wants me to purchase She might have to work today, Of course, that was her chance to respond with some stupid remarks in which I told her my thoughts. Everything was purchased and I told her I was going to leave the rug there after she said i had to move it, and i said since there is no help I would be back with my car up front. Only wanted to give store credit instead. Only problem is they don't have anything else I like. Tried to get manager to make an exception seeing as I need a dress for graduation and don't have the extra money to buy another dress from somewhere else without the refund. Even with receipt and tags still on dress, they will not work with customers. Poor customer service. Will not do further business with this store. Buyer beware. They have a huge, huge selection of clothing for women as well as shoes and accessories. There is also a men's section which is not as vast as the ladies but offers, jeans, shirts, hats, and some shoes. You can find some unique items here ranging from a neon sequined happy birthday shirt to a nice summer dress or even some wranglers. Great selection, and all of the staff was very friendly and helpful.
