Today, May 23, 2020 - the facility is open for tanners yet the restroom is closed for the public…read more They are so concerned with "employee safety" yet the employee was not wearing a mask in the reception area. She refused to allow me to use the restroom so I had to forfeit my tanning experience to drive 20 min to return home without tanning. I've requested at least 6 times with the same receptionist for a call from the manager who apparently has had a family emergency since May 18 - my bank account was debited for $65.95 which prompted my call. They were open for over 2 weeks before I received notification of their opening... which was already the original purpose of my call as I just wanted a fair adjustment for time paid that I was not able to utilize. Because the receptionist and manager have given me the run around and put me off with the return calls requested, I am now demanding my money back for the unprofessionalism and lack of concern. If they are so worried about their employees, constructing a pitiful plexiglass and closing restrooms to the clientele serves no real protection at all. If they are so worried they would simply close their doors.

I went in the first day but then had a medical issue and an area on my body got infected. I called the facility the very next day and asked if I could either get a refund or a trade in for spray tan instead of beds the girl at the front desk was very nice and called the manager and then called me back and said no they cannot and there was no explanation as to why. I then since I only went once if I could give the rest of my sessions to a and once again, the front desk called the manager, and she said no, and gave no other explanation all of this the girl desk said the she would call me. It's been three days and she hasn't called me once I've worked at a tanning salon before and I know how these packages work. It could've been totally doable to transfer my services to another girl, but instead management ignored me and just said no with no reason as to why. again, this place is nice and the staff very nice and friendly, but poor management.

She walked me in and talked to me about the different services that they offered. I got a facial ($75) and a body wrap ($30). The area was clean and fresh. She wiped down everything before she got started. Throughout the facial she made sure I was comfortable. She wore gloves and used professional products. After my facial I got the body wrap. She put a cream on my abdomen ( it warms and tingle a little)and wrapped me with some type of Saran Wrap. She told me to leave it for no more than two hours. Tenisia was very pleasant and professional. This experience was very relaxing and I will definitely recommend them to others and I will be back.
