Once inside it is nicer than expected. I was greeted right away by the front desk gal who very welcoming. I explained to her my needs and what I wasn't sure I needed haha. The prices at this place are much more competitive than the other spots I visited prior to Elite tan. I actually left a tanning spot that day due to its overpriced packages. I decided on a 5 sessions "Gold package" + a bronzer that was recommended by the front desk gal at a 2 for $12 deal + a little pickup me beverage total $80.00. Not too shabby!! I entered the tanning bed it was clean for sure a bit outdated, but clean. They also offered in the room a clean hand towel, sanitized goggles and a pre packaged sweet treat. The bulbs felt like they were just changed and 9 minutes in the stand up bed did it for me. I am used to tanning my skin does very well and tans easily. Unfortunately, there was no music that I could figure out how to use so I turned up my pandora and listened to my music that way. Overall I recommend this place Cleanliness - 5 Friendliness- 5 Knowledge of products- 5 Price - 5 I am glad I chose this place over an overpriced spot. The only issue I had was I was not offered to be shown how to use the tanning bed and although I have years of experience in had to kind of figure this bed out and I still don't know if it's possible to play music in there.

She refused to allow me to use the restroom so I had to forfeit my tanning experience to drive 20 min to return home without tanning. I've requested at least 6 times with the same receptionist for a call from the manager who apparently has had a family emergency since May 18 - my bank account was debited for $65.95 which prompted my call. They were open for over 2 weeks before I received notification of their opening... which was already the original purpose of my call as I just wanted a fair adjustment for time paid that I was not able to utilize. Because the receptionist and manager have given me the run around and put me off with the return calls requested, I am now demanding my money back for the unprofessionalism and lack of concern. If they are so worried about their employees, constructing a pitiful plexiglass and closing restrooms to the clientele serves no real protection at all. If they are so worried they would simply close their doors.

Walking into the business I was greeted with the receptionist's lunch which was overwhelming because the waiting area is small, it just wasn't a good look walking in with the smell and them going to town on their lunch. Yeah I know I should've made an appt. but Lily (the owner) told me I could come back in about an hr. as she was the only one there and was running a bit behind. It wasn't a prob . b/c I only live about 10 mins. away. The salon has nice decor and has a very "welcoming feel". I will say it was COLD as all get out in there (don't like being cold), but when I went back, I was in and out, so it didn't matter that much. Lily is very nice and knows exactly what she's doing! She left behind NO HAIR at all!! Awesome job! She even let my husband come in to experience it! He's always wanted to go in w/me at other salons but was always told that he couldn't!
