Today, May 23, 2020 - the facility is open for tanners yet the restroom is closed for the public. They are so concerned with "employee safety" yet the employee was not wearing a mask in the reception area. She refused to allow me to use the restroom so I had to forfeit my tanning experience to drive 20 min to return home without tanning. I've requested at least 6 times with the same receptionist for a call from the manager who apparently has had a family emergency since May 18 - my bank account was debited for $65.95 which prompted my call. They were open for over 2 weeks before I received notification of their opening... which was already the original purpose of my call as I just wanted a fair adjustment for time paid that I was not able to utilize. Because the receptionist and manager have given me the run around and put me off with the return calls requested, I am now demanding my money back for the unprofessionalism and lack of concern. If they are so worried about their employees, constructing a pitiful plexiglass and closing restrooms to the clientele serves no real protection at all. If they are so worried they would simply close their doors. read more

I do not understand why this business would promote writing a review when such poor customer service is provided. I will first start by saying in their ultimate bed, the mist system does not work and two of the fans are broken. In the bed next to the ultimate, the facial lamps are out. When I will let the manager Delanie (I think is her name) know, she responded exactly with "Um.. do you know how hard those are to replace?! I would have to take so much time to take the acrylic off!" Surprised, I responded "thats understandable, I was just making you aware." She rolled her eyes and went back to her desk. I decided to come in later that week in hopes of a better experience, and to say I was disappointed was an understatement. I was put in the bed closest to the bathroom and found the same problem! This time though, my whole back was burnt. When I told the SAME manager that two of the fans are out and I was burnt, Delanie told me that only the bottom bulbs had been changed and not the top. All I said to this was "Oh" in what I thought was in a light hearted voice. But then she responded "You always have something to complain about." I couldn't believe it. Given that I have only spoken to her on two occasions I was unglued. Especially since I work in customer service, I NEVER try to be difficult or rude in any way towards a paying customer. As I was walking out, I was informed by one of the workers not to take it personal as she has "days like this." Not only did my heart go out to the manager who must have had a few bad days, but to also the workers as I could only imagine how they get treated. Besides the horrible customer service and poor quality beds, the cleaning was also not up to par. Each time I've come in, I have had to ask additional assistance to clean the lotion off of the beds, as well as a lotion residue off of the handles. There is no social distancing enforced and the employees do not wear mask, nor are the guests required to wear masks. I'm concerned with how this business is ran. I have been tanning for several years, trying different places that were nearby my home or job. I've been going here for a few weeks now and this place is spotless each time I've went in! The beds are squeaky clean, floors/rugs are always clean and it always smells freshly cleaned when I go in (lunch hours during the week). I've never had to wait and the young man and woman that I have dealt with at the counter were very polite and helpful. No complaints here! read more

I started tanning at Pro Sun in Conyers about 3 months ago.I have been to many different tanning salon's throughout the years and I must say Pro Sun is by far the best of the best.Not only is the staff very kind and friendly but their beds are really great .The atmosphere is nice and very clean.I won't go anywhere else now that I have been a customer here. read more

I have been a member for sometime. Pro Tan is fairly priced and reasonably clean. This place WAS great. Friendly staff, a place you didnt mind waiting on busy days and such. Over the last few months it has GONE DOWN HILL fast. The new changes, staff wise- HORRIBLE, RUDE and COMPLETELY UNPROFESSIONAL. You can tell that things have changes when you walk in the door, No customers. No one is waiting- dead. The staff would rather argue with each other or play on Facebook.......I have been waiting for 3 weeks for the manager to call me back in regards to my account. You can see the bad habits start at the top. In this economy if your going to spend money on tanning, go somewhere else. They are just not worth the hassle and they have no appreciation for the few customers they have left. read more
