Experience: only caveat was that I was booked with Derick at 3:15 and apparently he didn't work on Saturday which was Valentine's Day. Mersha was waiting for me at 3 but I was taking my time because I figured I was early. No one informed her or I that my appt was moved up and my massage was cut 15 minutes early which no one apologized for. Again, I didn't fault my therapist but the staff should have informed me or my partner initially and I could have arrived earlier to get my full experience. To be clear, UNDER THE $10...I WOULD HAVE VISITED 3X PER WEEK (I wanted to tan before the outdoor pool open in May) with $19 I would have went once per wk. I feel regardless if a company switches over (for example ) if your renting and agreed to what you are willing to pay per month and a new company takes over in the middle of your lease, you wouldn't expect the new company to raise your rent/mortgage in the middle of your prior agreement. duh, you would think it's unfair.
