Why would you sign a 12 month contract if you weren't happy with gym or hurt. Do not go here, you will wish you had never stepped in this place. They just make excuses for their bad behavior.

Hello Yelpers, This…read moreis actually hard to write because I've had a membership with Planet Fitness since 2016. Today is July 18th 2025 and I've finally canceled my membership. Why? Sit down this may take a minute: I have always paid my bill and have never missed a payment. However, Planet Fitness requires you to have to forms of payments linked to your account. Well I let my credit card, which is the back up expire due to my first experience with Planet Fitness billing me twice. Once to each card. I had a long fight with them but eventually got reimbursed. Since then, having a back up card has been sketchy since they have my banking info; routing number etc. Well, I've been going there for all these years and my information has been expired but never have I had the rudest encounter as I did today. The manager at the Loganville location was the last straw which broke up the relationship with Planet Fitness and this Army Veteran. I have watched so many people never badge in and people not clean the equipment after use and I still stayed there. The reason I mention that, is because cleaning equipment is policy too. She is not running people down making sure it's a clean establishment and holding people accountable to follow that policy but she enacted on a secondary payment that for over 4yrs have been an error and something every establishment has ignored. Well because of your rudeness, I will no longer support it. I canceled my membership! Felt great! She also stated, that i had to drive all the way to my home gym to cancel, however she is misinformed! You do not, you can cancel from your app! Please see the pictures attached. It can be 11am on a Tuesday where 95% of the place are old white people age 55+ and there is nothing but VULGAR trap music blaring through the sound system. READ THE ROOM! An hour or so after I book my class, I get a call from Kelcie who very rudely claims that I am not a member and I will be charged 40 dollars if I don't provide her with local mail on my arrival. Red flag #1 I called home to my local gym, and they assured me that all classes at all locations are included. I attended the class, and was charged a no show fee by kelcie to my card on file. After asking kelcie if this was ethical or legal, she had a full on meltdown and proceeded to tell me that it was "her gym, her rules." I think kelcie is confused at the fact that she just works there, and does not in fact own orange theory. Each location is individually owned, and allows for these kind of discriminatory, unscrupulous, and unethical practices to go unchecked. If you love orange theory, be sure to join a location that values your money and membership. Luckily for me, I am not local to this location.

The trainers are very personable with each customer that comes in, you get a customize workout each day. I love coming in the morning and they ask what do you want today? If I know it's going to be a tough day at work I ask for a circuit workout with a timer. I I'm look for some different but lite, I may get intervals. There's never a shortage of the various types of exercises that you can do so you don't get bored. The trainers are always coming up with new challenges as well as new meal plans. When I go in in the morning it's between the hours of 6 to 8pm (45 minutes) and I'm never there with more than five people. Attending this gym benefits my mind, body and annual physical check-up numbers.
