I've been a member of No Excuses CrossFit since 2011. The coaches there are absolutely committed to helping each person reach their maximum potential by being engaged, supportive, and extremely knowledgeable about all aspects of CrossFit. The other members are friendly and supportive, as well. If you've never done a workout where the other athletes are cheering you on as you finish, you're in for a treat. I also love that the gym is an active community, not only within the confines of the gym, but also in the greater community at large. Each year we raise funds for the North Gwinnett Co-op and other community services, and the gym holds weekly work-out sessions for residents of Annandale Village. No Excuses is the best CrossFit gym I have been to. For my job I travel quite a bit and have been to many CrossFit affiliates over the years. While I enjoyed most of those locations I am glad to call No Excuses my home. The programming is challenging but has a thoughtful purpose. It isn't just hard to be hard. The coaching staff is very knowledgable and have overall fitness progress in mind when the programming is made. I could say my fitness is so much more than 5 years ago when I started. Am I a professional crossfitter now? no. Do I enjoy the challenge when I go? yes. I've been training at No Excuses for about a year and half and couldn't be more pleased with my experience. The layout is open and spacious, tons of equipment for the various workouts that come with Crossfit. The Coaching and Management is top-notch, with various programs and training for all skill levels and ages. Over the last year No excuses has become my second family. I might actually spend more time each week at the Box then I do my actual home. I have had the opportunity to train at many different Boxes around and I can't imagine leaving No Excuses for any other Crossfit Box. I've been a member at No Excuses Crossfit since February 2017 and I cannot imagine my life without it. Prior to joining, I had never seriously trained anywhere & I was a bit nervous to start. No Excuses welcomed me through the Foundations class in which I was able to properly learn how to do each movement. BEST WORKOUT + BEST PEOPLE. i've been doing crossfit for about 3 months after i waited the BASIC class for a while. i was little scared to try regular crossfit class and No Excuses has launched the Basic class which is great for real beginner. real workout time is only 10~15 min (15 min warmup + 5 min stretches at the end) but quality of workout is almost same as hour running. they have a kid class too. read more

I've been a member since Oct. 2016, and started when I was over 60 years old. It has been challenging and encouraging. They are careful to train you correctly, yet challenge you when needed.
