A friend talked me into trying FBBC and I love it! Adriana is an amazing fitness coach. Just enough pushing but not in your face. She varies the exercises and keeps things moving so I'm never bored! I have a lot of joint damage from sports growing up and she is great about modifying exercises I can't quite do so I still work what I need to. There are all kinds of body types here and people in all different stages. Adriana's infectious personality has convinced this 49 year old to push herself and get in shape now for 5 weeks!
