I spend LOTS of money at BB. I have had a membership here for years. The girl who helped me was rude and obviously didn't enjoy her job. I was simply talking to her about my membership package, and she kept saying " it is what it is" and I mentioned to her that she probably shouldn't tell the customer that and she said "it is what it is " again and so I cancelled my membership because of her hateful attitude! I spend $89 a month for unlimited everything and I deserve to be treated better than how I was treated. I will gladly take my membership down the road to another tanning salon where I am valued and not treated poorly by some kid who just needs to pay her car insurance!!! -Stacie Ralston

I paid full price for a package ... An hour later they sent an email out on a special with the same thing I purchased for a much cheaper/discounted price. I called and asked (as soon as the email was sent out) if they can make the adjustment on my account and they can't... I just don't think it's fair seeing I pay money each month for Omni gym AND Omni tan for them to not help me out just a little with things like this. Still a really nice and clean establishment, just too expensive.

Everything else was a mess which I will explain. First of all, I was very direct with explaining how fair skin I am (redhead) and my expectations (very light color just to look like a normal human). The girl understood this and explained that if she did it a little darker, it would fade out nicely by my wedding on Saturday... that is not the case. This is not where I normally go but I was in the area from a conference and decided to give them a try based on their reviews. First she had me put barrier cream on the bottom of my hands and fingers which means that I now have the brutal lines on my hands and buildup of tan in places. Second, she somehow sprayed my arms in a way that left a small white strip on the top of each arm that extends my entire arm length. Third... I'm orange (especially with my hands and ankles) and my face is much lighter than my body... no consistency. I want to say that I made sure to follow her instructions (wait the appropriate amount of time then rinse, be careful in the shower, moisturize, etc. However with all of that... I panicked today and went to my normal place. The girl looked at me and her first words were "oh.... my". In her years of tanning she has never seen anyone spray me the way that this place did. I'm not saying they can't handle girls who aren't super pale.. but this was the worst spray tan ever.

We went upon opening for a pedicure and full set, they weren't busy yet and they were able to work on both simultaneously so we didn't have to spend hours in the salon!
