I am so glad I decided to make a last minute decision to run inside and get beautified! What a little treasure! Although I obviously did not have an appointment, I was graciously welcomed. The reception area is cozy and nicely decorated with warmth and friendliness. You can help yourself to a cup of Keurig made coffee, but you probably won't have time to brew it because lickety split, it was time for me to move to one of the back room suites and begin my treatment. Sabrina is such a caring and sweet young lady. I was waxed by Renata Creech and I LOVED the experience and automatically decided that she would be my usual waxer. I came back with an appointment booked with her and was met with someone else. No one told me that she was no longer there and I was not notified to change my appointment. If anyone waxes often, you know that who does it is very important. The other waxer gave me a below average experience, and it was very painful (oddly even more painful than my first Brazilian). Needless to say, I was NOT impressed. read more

I have noticed in the reviews with this place that in the last few days that there have been multiple good reviews but by the hours and sometimes within the next half an hour. I am not believing any of the good reviews because the experience I had with this place was awful. The staff at the front desk seems to not care what you think. They lie to make things up and then in the end give you a discount because they feel bad about the experience you had with them. About a year ago I was new to the Loganville area and was in need for a wax. I saw Rio Body Wax and thought I would give it a try. My first experience was AWFUL and I was left with multiple skin lesions where my face was left raw and burning. I decided to not return and was left with my only other option to get waxed about 35 minutes from Loganville. A few months ago I decided to give Rio Body Wax another try in hopes that I would have a new person waxing me. THANKFULLY I got gracefully Blessed with Renata!! Renata is the absolute best at waxing and REALLY knows what she is doing! She makes you feel comfortable, takes her time, and leaves you with nothing less than what you have asked for! She is hands down the BEST at what she does. I continued to go to Rio and see Renata for months despite the very rude and unprofessional front desk receptionist and owner. There were many times that I was told over the phone that Renata was booked or not working when I later went by and she was working. I recently called to make an appointment to be informed that Renata is no longer at Rio Body Wax. I will no longer be going to get waxed at Rio and will follow Renata wherever she may go next! If I could give a less than one star rating for Rio Body Wax in Loganville I would...Renata was the only presence that truly made it wonderful! read more
