I have been a customer for 2 years and have purchased the priciest package ($76)every month. They do not take appointments and only have one bronzing bed so waiting is inevitable. As unimpressed as I was with the rooms (no towels, mirrors or radios) I remained a loyal customer until recently. I was treated so poorly upon one visit and I vowed to never return. The employees are under trained and had no interest resolving my issue. The manager did not call to resolve the issue, as I requested. I asked to speak with the owner regarding the customer service issue, and was told in the 2 years the employee had worked there, she saw the owner 2 times and a return call to me wasn't going to happen. My new salon is a farther drive and more expensive, but the customer service was excellent.
