I'm trying to go tan while I have a babysitter and it says open. the door is unlocked but there's only 1 last here and she's doing hair and "can't unlock the tanning beds" this isn't the only time this has happen. she needs to get rid of her beds if she's gonna focus on hair and nails. or have separate open hours for the tanning beds or hire someone to be here. after this experience I would NEVER recommend her again. and over 6 years I have talked quite a few people into coming here. Last year one of the level four beds, half of th face bulbs did not work. This year in one of extreme beds, the fans would not come on. When I told the girl at the counter, she said "oh yeah, those haven't worked in forever". Tanning isn't cheap and disappointed in her response when I asked if it was going to get fixed, "I don't know". Not sure if I'll be going back when my sessions runout.
