Level 4 bed only has a stand up fan at the end of the bed that doesn't cool you off at all. Level 3 stand up is awful and the radio doesn't work in there. The lay down level 3 the facial fans don't work. The fan attacked to the end of the bed does nothing to help you stay cool. Tried to turn the facial lights down wouldn't go past the second red dot. The radio also doesn't work in there. Manager called me and barely let me speak I finally interrupted him and said "can I speak please". he told me I was wrong about the level 4 bed and that the fans work and were tested this morning (one employee told me the fans in the bed have been broken). Manager also told me it was user error for the level 3 bed. I said I wasn't shown how to use the bed. He said his employee stated she offered to show me and I wanted nothing to do with that. NOT TRUE! It was never offered. Basically the manager wasn't going to be wrong no matter what I said he repeated several times that the beds were tested this morning and they were all functioning and it was human error (my fault). he finally apologized but he really didn't give a shit what I had to say. My advice would be to find a different tanning salon in Warner Robins.

You pay money to have the best level bed and it's always lines. It was the salon closest to my house but I'm willing to drive to a better business at this rate. I wanted to like this place because the girls are typically nice, not always, sometimes they act like you're the most annoying person in the world because you made them stand up from their sitting room next to the front desk. I feel like it's almost pyramid scheme to tan these days, here's the package with all the bells and whistles and my dumb self paid it. Lesson learned but this place cannot accommodate high volume. They need to cap their package sells at a certain amount of individuals to be able to better serve. Like most places quantity over quality.

I'm getting fed up with this location. when customers walk out they talk about the customers while everyone is still sitting there. This used to be my favorite place. Now I hate coming here bc the young girls turn their nose up at everyone who walks in. The other day as the room is full three of them are at the front talking really loud saying that's why their mother hates them. This is unprofessional. I'm trying to go tan while I have a babysitter and it says open. the door is unlocked but there's only 1 last here and she's doing hair and "can't unlock the tanning beds" this isn't the only time this has happen. she needs to get rid of her beds if she's gonna focus on hair and nails. or have separate open hours for the tanning beds or hire someone to be here. after this experience I would NEVER recommend her again. and over 6 years I have talked quite a few people into coming here. (they all had bad things to say)
