I have only had my nails done twice. My older daughter's wedding and my youngest daughter's wedding. Was disappointed when one had messed up the day after. Then had my uncle's funeral a week after. However I was upset. I do have to say they did take care of the problem and have lasted 3 weeks. Honestly I apologize for being rude and upset. I did appreciate everything they did. Manager took Care of me right away and the girl that had originally done my nails and fixed the second time I went in were very kind and sweet. Will I go back again. Yes I will!! read more

First time getting a pedicure here and I won't be back. She caused more pain than relaxation. I was cut and bleeding within the first 2 minutes. The massage was more like a gentle rub and she only cut half of my nails. Very disappointed. read more

Terrible work. Even worse service. They Literally talked about me like I couldn't understand. Staff was so rude and I tried to tell the tech that I didn't want sharp nails and she gave gave the worst attitude. You are treated more like you are a part on an assembly line, than a guest in a salon. Instead of offering a credit for the terrible work, the price was increased. I just spent almost 2 hours at this place. All I wanted was pink and whites which normally doesn't take more than 45 minutes at other nail salons. The man doing my nails kept getting up and leaving me to go take care of other things and drew out my manicure as long as he possibly could. I saw at least seven people show up long after I did that were finished and gone way before I was. Even better, I spent two hours to leave with a poorly done set of nails that have sloppy lines and are very VERY crooked. They also charged me an extra $10 just to cut my nails down before putting tips on. read more

I was so disappointed in the nail service my daughter recieved..she was very excited to get her nails done for prom...I booked an apt for her with the owner Mimi because as far as I am concerned she definitely made my daughter's day the most miserable experience not only did she charge $50 for a full set of nails but didn't give her the option to choose Polish and when my daughter didn't like the shape she told her she would charge her an additional $5 to change it. My daughter had to go with the colors she was offered which was white and silver which did not match her dress. I sent my daughter back in the next day to get a Polish change she wanted to charge my daughter $25 told her in a very loud tone you go ask your mom if its OK $25 too much for you in front of all the customers my daughter was extremely humiliated Mimi Will never get another cent of my money I am extremely disappointed in the service and character read more
