I got a shellac manicure and was quoted on the phone at $30, but when she finished the cost was $33... not a huge difference but still a difference. I was asked if I wanted my nails cut down and my answer was yes. My toenails were cut before my foot ever touched any water. I'll be honest, my last pedicure was in April so the nails definitely needed cutting down. I think maybe she cut down the first two toes on each foot barely. I was not happy and told her I needed them cut down more. She said she couldn't cut them down more. I've never had anyone tell me that.
