But you know I proceed to ask did she have a shop in the old mall years ago to be sure. I am so glad to know she is here. The treatment she does to my feet is so awesome and unmatched. She cleans my cuticles and removes the ingrowns without hesitation. You can definitely tell an experienced pedicurist (If that's a word...If not I just made it up so add it to your dictionary). Her work is still the same. On every visit hence forth out there will be a requested technician...Ivy (Please & Thank You)! Don't forget my suggestion of getting cash app to save your customer on the fees charged by the card machine. That's how the other salons do it. You're Welcome!

I've been going here for years since it's near my office. Today will be the last time. I should…read morehave known when a foot soak wasn't the first thing that happened during my pedicure. I was asked if I wanted my nails cut down and my answer was yes. My toenails were cut before my foot ever touched any water. I'll be honest, my last pedicure was in April so the nails definitely needed cutting down. I think maybe she cut down the first two toes on each foot barely. I was not happy and told her I needed them cut down more. She said she couldn't cut them down more. I've never had anyone tell me that. Not to mention she never touched the other toes on my feet with a clipper of a any kind. I asked again and she said she'd done all she could. I left with barely a difference in the length of my toenails..wtf? If I could reach them I wouldn't be paying someone to do it. Now I have to go to another salon for another pedicure just to get my nails cut down.

There were 4 ladies, all busy so I had to wait I came as a walk in. I didn't wait to long they were getting done with two of the ladies. So I sat down for a Pedi. It was so quiet there you can hear yourself think. The TV is broken but they should at least put on a radio or music. I got the $40 pedi with nail color French tip. She did a good job! Really clean my nails really good. Massage my feet with sea salt kinda rough. Lol

They worked efficiently as a lady was doing my nails at the same time. However she was quite rough with the drill and filing. Also, to mention it was really a trust be process situation with my nails. I was very concerned how they were being shaped at first. The service was pricey but seems that's all the salons now. $135 for a full set plus pedicure. Not sure about their sanitation practices either. I wasn't paying close attention at the time but I suspect some on the brushes and pumice stone had been previously used.
