Hannah was nice but clearly not experienced with the dip powder technique. It was like she was practicing on me, a paying customer. She used her fingernail to scrape off the existing old gel polish on one of my nails and I asked her why she wasn't using her implements? She said "so I don't hurt you" ??? Her application of the powder was clumsy. I finally asked the owner to take over. She did and my nails look stunning! Whew! She saved the day. My advice is do not book clients with inexperienced techs!!! It's frustrating and unprofessional. The lady behind me asked Rebecca to take over her pedicure because the guy who was working on her clearly didn't know what he was doing either!! I would not allow Linda to be my tech again. She was trying to upsell me too hard. She kept trying to push gel polish on me. I said no, yet she tried several more times, it was annoying and offensive. Then she tried to sell me on waxing.
