I have seen a mixed/negative amount of reviews but I would like to say this establishment was phenomenal in their service. I payed 65$ for an acrylic full set with gel polish and a very cool somewhat complicated design. When I showed the employees my inspiration photo, they went right to work trying to make a replica. With many places in the area charging 65 for a regular full set, the quality I received was phenomenal and I will absolutely be going back! Standard nail place, nothing out of this world but nothing that makes it a place you can't go to to get the job done. Prices have gone up some recently so that's a bit of a downer. Can get crowded quickly but for the most part there isn't much of a wait. Close to where my mom lives so if I'm in the area and need a quick pedicure this is a good option for not having to drive too far. read more

I had a really nice experience! I made an appointment and they were punctual. They're taking proper COVID-19 precautions. They check everyone's temperature once you come in, everyone must use hand sanitizer or wash your hands and everyone must wear a mask. Busy busy busy place! The traffic may have been related to our Thursday afternoon appointment. The busy small space translated to less relaxation. We came in a group of five but weren't treated as a group which I didn't like. Done in less than an hour and basically squeezing by people to make it out the front door. Where's the wine?!?! I'm new to Georgia so unsure if it's even allowed but I got used to my previous Dallas salon services. I got a pedicure and it wasn't bad but I think I've come to want more from a salon. No wine at Lily Nails...still looking for a Macon salon where I can relax a little more with a glass of wine. read more

Great place. Ling is wonderful! She keeps her staff updated thru translation if they are having issues with 2nd language. Prices are the best I know of for the services delivered. Shop had been updated and is kept clean. All staff are friendly and call you by name. Just wish I could remember all their names. I don't think that you will be disappointed. I get a manicure with gel nails every two weeks and a pedicure at least once a month. read more

Lily Nails is a pretty basic nail salon. At first glance they do a good job. After reserving a spot at the salon I still had to wait for a good long while before being attended to. I got a basic manicure and they did minimal work with my hands. They left my nails in a bowl of lukewarm water for a minute max. Then cut/filed my nails to a rough shape that didn't feel very rounded. After applying a base coat two color coats and a final coat they sent me to dry my nails without any touch up of the polish that had gotten around my nail bed on multiple fingers. I went back to ask one of them to touch up my nails and he just scraped it off pretty roughly with his fingernail leaving my nail bed rough and the nail polish still there I would highly suggest going somewhere else if you want your nails done professionally. The nail painting they did felt and looked like I could do it myself. read more

My experience was not a pleasant one. My cuticles were destroyed during my manicure with one of my fingers still bleeding when I left. The person that did my nails left during my manicure and smoked a cigarette and came back into the establishment reeking of the smell. On top of that, I clearly asked the employee who did my nails to trim a nail that was broken. I did not realize until I got home that he failed to cut the broken nail short enough and my entire nail was ripping. This is my second time at Lily Nails. My first experience was okay, so I decided to give it another try. I will not be returning after my most recent visit. read more

They were very rushed. Did not even give me time to pick out my gel color. Then, the guy cut my nails down entirely too short even when I told him the length to cut them. Then, they were different lengths on both hands and all fingers. He never apologized and I had to ask over and over for each nail to be fixed so they were even. Worst customer service!!! Do not go this nail salon if you want to be treated with respect and decent customer service. They are rude and take people in front of you and make you wait extra time. The lady that sits in the front has a horrible attitude and if you ask her to file your nails down more or change your nail polish color after only one nail she is so rude and treats you with disrespect. Also, she overcharges of she doesn't like you. This nail place was a great place until they hired her. Don't know her name but she sits in the front and is the first person to speak with you when you walk in. read more
