There's a sink in the back to try their liquid soap and they have testers of all their body sprays so you can see what it all smells like. Not only do they have soaps and bath items, Mossy Creek Naturals also has some women's clothing and accessories. The curated items fit the vibe of the store, and are always very pretty and in a wide selection of sizes. They've got adorable little lavender sachets and pillows, scrunchies, candles, etc. I have a lavender pillow from there I can put in the freezer or microwave to ease headaches and pains, and it does the trick everytime. Parking is easy. They don't have their own lot but downtown Perry has lots of free street parking, some right in front of the store. As for the bathroom situation, I don't think they have a public one. The staff is super friendly and very knowledgeable about the products, as they all have some hand in making it or packaging it! I've asked for help picking out gifts and scents numerous times and they always led me right, sometimes to new items I've never seen and end up loving. I told her what I was looking for based on my friends likes, and the reason for my purchase. The florist went out of her way to help me customize the perfect arrangement for my friend. Then when the delivery driver arrived at her home, he couldn't get anyone to the door. This is the part where most drivers would just drop it off and leave, but the owner of the florist called and asked me how I wanted them to handle the delivery. I greatly appreciated her doing that, because my friend had actually ran out to the store, and if the driver had just dropped off the flowers and left, the recipient likely wouldn't have seen them until much later in the day, and the sun would have taken its toll on them. Customer service at it's finest! And the arrangement was absolutely gorgeous! It couldn't have matched my friend's personality better if she'd picked it herself, great job, COG!

They only had 1 register open, and a store full of people. 6 check that wasn't working. The young man was help check people out at the self checkout. but also watching as everyone checked out. The selection was good! I find a snack that I couldn't find in this store. I almost purchased all of that they had. Lol. for what I purchase was good.. I gave them 3 stars because of 1 self checkout was open.

Very Disappointing Customer Service Experience - May 16, 2026…read more I visited this Five Below location on May 16, 2026, and unfortunately, I had one of the worst customer service experiences I have ever had at a store. When I arrived, I did not realize that people were standing in line for dumplings. I got in line with everyone else, and when the man came around handing out cards, we explained that we were only there to shop. He told us we needed to get in a different line. When it was finally time for the store to open, the same man who was letting people in and out would not allow us to enter. Instead, we were told that we had to speak with the manager first. What made the situation even more frustrating was that this same employee had previously told us we could come inside at 10:00 a.m. However, when 10:00 a.m. arrived, he changed his story and said we would have to speak with his boss first. Once I finally entered the store, nobody greeted us or even acknowledged us. Then, when I left, the same employee who had been holding the door had a very hateful attitude toward us. I understand that special events can create confusion and that employees may have procedures they need to follow. However, there is no excuse for giving customers conflicting information or treating people with a hateful attitude when they are simply trying to shop. Clear communication and basic courtesy would have made a huge difference in this experience. Overall, I left feeling unwelcome and disappointed. Customer service matters, and this experience left a very bad impression on me. I hope management addresses this situation so that other customers do not have to go through the same thing.
