This was my second stop on my annual spring trek north. This place has about the cheapest fuel one can find along I-75. There are a gazillion pumps and there's a fuel type for every need including (and current prices as of 04.08.2026). Diesel $5.19 Ethanol Free 93 Octane $4.59 Regular 87 Octane $3.59 Plus 89 Octane $3.89 Super 93 Octane $4.19 The biggest gripe I have with this place is that there's no provision to clean your windshield while fueling up. This and the fact that there's always a ton of people inside (like everyone just left the Magic Kingdom and has come here before going home. ‍ ), is why I rarely stop here. There are plenty of food / snack options as well as drinks. The bathrooms are huge and clean. If you've never been here, you should visit and draw your own conclusions. read more

Buc-ee's is simultaneously a delight to visit, and a pain in the butt to visit. Getting in and out of that place is quite the chore, but when you weather the storm and get inside, the reward is well worth the risk. There is so much stuff to look at, and the merch changes store to store, season to season. This time I found a nice Ford Bronco ballcap that I now keep inside Rex. There are also more overwhelming things to look at, like the rows and rows of identical looking containers holding various flavors of jerky, beaver nuggets, jellies, etc. If you're in the market for anything like that, shop away, but if you're anywhere near in a hurry to get back on the road, avoid this section. The area I concentrated in this time was the food. We actually stopped here on the way out to Missouri, and on our way back home. Both times, I got the beaver chips, which were extra thin and crispy and foldy little kettle chips. Very delicious, added a lot of texture to the meal. On the way up there, I got the classic brisket sandwich. Very beefy, packed full of meat, and a nice bun. On the way back down, it was breakfast time, so I got a triple meat burrito I think. A nice, thick, warm tortilla, and plenty of filling within. Both meals were very enjoyable for a gas station. Overall, Buc-ee's is always a winner. Who doesn't love Buccees? I love it! The only reason k am having it 3 starts is it is so difficult to get around inside. No order to the stations and walking path. I think they need to find a way to make it less congested and flow better. My granddaughters loved getting fa hug and photo with the mascot who was present. That was cool. Buc-ee's is your mega convenience store gas station that has everything your heart desires with snacks, drinks, and food and merchandise. This was the third time I have been to this Buc-ee's. Like always, it's ALWAYS super packed!! We came because a friend was with us, that hasn't been to a Buc-ee's before, so this was her first time. This place is truly MASSIVE. There are about 50+ gas pumps. When you go inside, it's like a Walmart meets Quiktrip meets Cracker Barrel. They have so many different items and so many different Buc-ee's branded items. I got some food, which is honestly quite good. I got the burrito, chicken sandwich, and some glazed pecans...so good. They have a bunch of beef jerky options and brisket as well, as this is what they are famous for. The restrooms are also very clean too. I even got a picture with the Buc-ee's beaver too! I definitely suggest just stopping by this Buc-ee's if you have about 15-20 minutes to spare, it'll be worth it! read more

We really had a great time visiting this Buc-ee's location. We spent an hour or so looking at all of the cool gift items and huge selection of food and snacks. We got a pound of brisket to go, so that we could make some sandwiches at home and it did not disappoint. Who doesn't like Buc-ee's?? This location was popping on Dec. 27!! It was busier than ever!! The staff were doing the best they could to maintain the crowds and stay pleasant. I was shocked to see the women's room line out into the middle of the store. This was even with an attendant inside barking commands, not a job I'd want! The brisket sandwich was yummy as always and the highlight was a pic with Buc-ee! He offered a warm hug and pulled me in for a cute pic. I was even given a sticker! Stopped at Buc-ee's on the way home for gas, and as always, it lived up to the hype! Plenty of pumps, a huge store with everything from stylish clothes and fun T-shirts to all the classic Buc-ee's souvenirs. Food options are plentiful and freshly made on-site--brisket, beef jerky, pork, you name it. Bathrooms were spotless and easy to access, which is a huge plus. The only downside is the lack of vegetarian options--basically just a salad. A veggie sandwich or grilled cheese would be a nice addition. Seating is also limited, so most people end up eating in their cars or on the hood of their cars. Overall, Buc-ee's is always a fun and friendly stop. Buc-ee's is so OVERRATED. I will never go back to this trap. I purchased a can cozy for my husband that clearly stated what size can it would fit. It was attached to the packaging so there was no way to test the cozy before buying it. It DID NOT come close to fitting the can, it was over priced, but I bought it because it was FALSELY advertised that it would fit. I was not given a receipt, which really bothered me, but ok. I walk out the door, we immediately tied the cozy and it was so small, it wouldn't come close to fitting the size that was on the packaging. I walked back in to try to return it. It had been less that 2 mins. I was told the DO NOT DO ANY REFUNDS. I am stuck with a falsly advertised piece of junk that doesn't work. Buc-ee's does NOT stand behind what they sell. The lack of customer service is disgusting. I will never waste my money at this place ever again. They are crowded, its hard to walk around the employees are always standing around chatting. There are so many great rest stops it's not worth the the mess of people, the price gouging.. I won't take a chance wasting my money. Their gas prices are no better that other gas stations where I receive deals where I can get . 20 to . 40 cents off per gallon. I am not at all happy.. you should buy into their over consumption junkie products. Never again. They will not help, even if the product is falsly advertising what it it will fit. Step inside for the ultimate Buc ees experience and I mean everything Buc-ees from Beaver logo to apparel, snacks, and the Beaver character to take photos with. Almost like an amusement park. They have a great selection of their famous beef jerky and freshly made roasted glazed pecans which they make right there on the spot. Indulge in some of their brisket or pull pork sandwiches from their grab and go stations. Expect to spend at least an hour at Buc ees looking around as you will be amazed at all the items and possibly spend and stock up on items like Beaver nuts and all things Buc-ees. One thing is certain, Buc-ees has the BEST bathrooms with tons of private stalls but the best is the stop light system guide outside the stalls that way you know which one is free. The lines for the bathroom almost always have a line, especially for the women, but there are also so many stalls that the line never takes too long. I am doing this review with a Texan's draw: Lord have mercy... that smell of slow-smoked oak wood just hits you different, right there on the air. You're standin' by the jerky counter, maybe pickin' out a new flavor , and then *bam*, they roll out a fresh brisket. Not just a slab, mind you, but a whole new *length* of that good stuff. I swear, the whole place just hums different when they do that. Felt like I'd just hit the lottery. My triple meat sandwich, well, they weren't playin' around. That thing was a solid half-pound, dense as a pecan pie and just as satisfyin'. Every bite just tasted like home, truly lived up to all the hype. My darlin' wife, she went for her usual Caesar salad and bless her heart, it's always crisp and fresh as can be, never disappoints. And the folks workin' here? Shoot, every single one of 'em is just oozin' hospitality always a smile and a "howdy." Makes you feel right at home even if you just pulled off I-75 after a long haul. I'll be back for more. Pros: most have 100+ pumps so you don't have to fight to get gas, gas is on the cheaper side, they have EVERYTHING you can think of. Forgot your charcuterie board? A leash for your pet? Cooler? In addition to the ample fuel pumps, there are also a large number of charging stations for electric & hybrid vehicles including Tesla Superchargers. We have been to several locations in different states and I have discovered they are mostly the same. This visit, I browsed inside while hubs and the dog were outside. I usually pick up some Chopped Brisket sammies for hubs and I if we are hungry, along with chips and some other impulsive food item from the hot bar. I did not have many intentions of purchasing items but I don't think I ever walked into a Buc-ee's and walked out empty handed. I was looking for Buc-ee's merchandise or apparel that was specific to Georgia, like maybe with peaches in the design but was not in luck. I have mixed feelings about this Buc-ees which was a very large convenient mini market. Now my concerns was I was waiting at the hot food area and they kept stating that a particular item would be available in 5-10 minutes well me and my party waited over 45 minutes and finally someone came out and told the truth letting us know that there was no rice nor shells and it would be even longer wait for these items. I can say the bathroom wait was quick and the store stayed clean but the employees not telling the truth and having customers waiting for an item that was a bestseller item not being ready was an issue for many customers. I understand it may be one of the largest stores but that means whomever is a scheduling isn't placing each one in their places for the best quality for both the employees and customers. Looking at the sales should let them know the amount of labor they can maintain because they shouldn't have ran out of the ingredients for an item that is one of the bestselling items! read more

This "gas station" is quite an entertaining stop. We normally stop for the restroom (massive line, but it's very large) and food pickup, which has several options for a hot lunch or breakfast. Great place to stop, lots of food choices, plenty to walk around and look at if you're wanting to stretch your legs. The bathrooms have an awesome system where there is a light over each stall. When the light is red, someone is in the stall. When it's green, the stall is available. It makes the lines move very quickly and the bathrooms seem to be cleaned in a constant rotation. There is heavy traffic getting in and out of the parking lot but I've never yet not been able to find a parking spot. My one issue is that they need people patrolling around the gas pumps. Too many people get gas then leave their car at the pump while they go inside to shop. Today, I had to wait for a pump to gas up. A man at one pump was sitting in his car eating his brisket sandwich while I waited for a pump, while I filled my tank up, and was still there when I drove off to find a parking spot so I could go inside. People blocking the pumps rather than going to find a parking space is one of the key reasons it takes so long to find a free pump. I see it every time I come through here. read more

This is a smaller Buc-ee's than some of them we've been to in Tennessee and Texas but, it's the same great experience. We stopped here during breakfast hours and got the brisket taco and the brisket and egg taco. They are always amazing. The only problem I had this time was the young lady that was chopping and slicing the brisket. Now we have been to about 20 different Buc-ee's in Georgia, Tennessee, Kentucky, Missouri, and Texas. Now I am a huge BBQ enthusiast and I like to watch all of the employees yelling out "FRESH BRISKET ON THE BOARD". It was no different this time. However, I went to the side of the preparation area and asked one of the other employees when the other lady was done with her slicing the brisket if I could ask her a question. She was very polite and and said sure you can. Well she called over to the girl as she finished slicing the brisket and told her I had a question. She was kind of far away and couldn't hear me so I motioned for her to come closer. She hesitated at first but came a little closer. All I wanted to ask her is what kind of knife she was using to slice and chop the brisket. She gave me a look like I was a psycho and I was weird for asking this question. She said she didn't know, but I could see the name on the blade of the knife, so I had to tell her to look on the blade. Now I was about 10 feet away from her and she couldn't pronounce the name of the knife and besides that, I really couldn't hear her so I asked if I could just take a picture of the name on the blade. She acted like I was up to something nefarious and she told me "oh no, I can't bring the knife over by you". So I asked her if she could just spell the name. I still couldn't hear her but I got enough from her to figure out the brand of knife they use to slice the brisket is Victorinox. I thought I better not ask if the chopping blade was the same brand. She may have called security on me. Other than this, it's still a great place to stop at. read more
